The staff member that greeted us was so absolutely delightful! The room was on the first floor and was easy for us to navigate. We appreciated how easy it was to adjust the thermostat.

On our second night, we asked for a late check out, the staff member there was SO confused and proceeded to check us in all over again, ask us for a new CC to put on file, and remade keys for us. It was really odd. She didnt listen and could not seem to understand (despite us telling her a number of times) that we had already checked in, and were just asking for a late check out. It was very odd.

The bed was super comfy. The free Buffet Breakfast was delicious & filling! We had a light bulb over the mini fridge area that was going out, as well as a lamp that did not work @ all, so maintenance came & changed the bulb over the fridge area, but had to order a whole new light fixture for the lamp. No biggie as we did not use that lamp anyway. We requested extra pillow & towels which were supplied very quickly. Staff were friendly & polite & all smiles.

The pool was smaller than we thought, but still a comfy temperature.

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very friendly.

Our first room we had to get changed because of the condition of the room. The property is under renovations so we understand and they staff was more than happy to accommodate. There wasn’t a good place near the night stand to charge phones or cpap machine.

The staff was top notch - very pleasant /helpful & accommodating

The sink water in bathroom came out the faucet BLACK -we had to let it run for awhile until it ran clear -same w the shower water The couch in the suite looked like someone had spilled bleach or some type of liquid on it - it was not inviting

We had to do a last min change of hotels and this hotel looked amazing and well taken care of.

First thing was my rooms TV, like the 2nd room we had as well we did not have HBOmax working on the TV. The TV was had to figure out and we had staff (Dave) come in to work on it as well and they could not get it fixed. The pool was great however the paint used for the pool was pealing off the stairs in the pool making slippery.

A large comfortable room with nice facilities, on edge of town centre. Well located next to Mall. Reasonably priced and good complimentary breakfast available was a bonus.

Some updating of furniture in room is needed. Door didn’t close on shower room properly.

I typically have a really difficult time sleeping in a hotel, but this place was SILENT and SO comfortable!

There was a sign at the front desk about the look of some of the furniture--the bleach stains. It definitely made a visible impact when I walked into the room and saw bleach stains.

I really enjoyed this stay because it had everything it said it would. They also have us a pretty good complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean and had hot water. I liked that they included a fridge, a coffeemaker, and a microwave in the room. My overall stay was very nice.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel room. It was really nice and comfortable.

location, parking, free breakfast, linens, and no bed bugs thank god! ac worked great. i love that the sink was outside and the toilet tub inside.

pool could be more clean and warm. bathroom needs renovation and a vent.

I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but I loved the location of the facility it was very easy coming and going very good in my opinion I loved it

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like it was really a very pleasant place to stay at it’s been awhile since I stayed at an hotel that was perfect everything was amazing
