My home caught on fire and was destroyed. I came to this motel with nothing. From the moment I walked in Tara, Reggie and all the staff immediately made me feel like I was home,so much support, kindness and flexibility. This made me be able to deal with my tragedy of loosing my home so much easier. I can never thank all the staff Enough.

I liked everything and everybody

I had to make a last minute hotel switch - they were quick and responsive! Staff was friendly, accessible, and quick to help even at 11pm! The ladies at the desk were firm but so, SO polite - very respectable!

The location didn't seem to be in the best area, but that doesn't really affect the quality of service!

The location was perfect for my job. Directly across from Colonie Mall. Not too far from Crossgates Mall. So many restaurants on Wolf Rd very convenient. The job was literally 2 minutes away from the hotel. I could have walked. It was too HOT though

Being on the second floor with so many bags.

the bedroom in all was decent , definitely good for a short weekend trip . Heat and Ac work well the tv had good cable and an HDMI with easy access to plug in my fire stick

bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny

Tara and her staff were the most accommodating friendly and went above and beyond helping making everything great.

Very friendly greeter at the front desk. Worked well for a pre-airport stay for an early flight.

Cleanliness could have been much better in the bathroom, and the “grab and go” breakfast was pretty sparse.

The staff was ode awesome 🤗 the water pressure was excellent right along with the hot water. Definitely going to stay there again 😃

That there's only one bench outside to sit on and smoke it should be on the the exit door father down by the employee's storage 🚪

The room is very spacious. The front desk receptionist Kay was very delightful and helpful. The location is convenient right across the street from the mall.

It’s a motel, it’s not fancy but it was inexpensive, clean, the front desk people were very nice and there was soap, shampoo, the ac and tv worked, so it was a solid experience.

Halls smelled like cig smoke. Didn’t bother me but it might bother other people.

The staff was amazing my entire stay!! I would recommend Travelodge to family and friends..
