This property is definitely under new ownership and it is certainly worth every dollar that you spend. It is significantly cheaper than the other properties in Albany. However, it is the safest I’ve ever felt. They had security staff at every entrance and exit the facility. They definitely are trying to rebuild revamp and you gotta give credit where credit is due they were super friendly, and for the price of the hotel I think it is simply fabulous. There is nothing more that you can expect for the price you pay.

I stay here often the staff are wonderful better the more expensive places I've stayed in the past. I love seeing the new renovations and the staff really make the visit shine I will recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation again a shout out to the wonderful staff who treat you to the most wonderful experience and always have a welcoming smile. And they are great with small children

That the stay couldn't be longer. Not really anything negative to say.

I liked the remodel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast options were amazing. The free coffee all day long was a bonus. The new owners are doing a wonderful job! This hotel use to be in such poor condition and the staff were unfriendly and unpersonable. All of them issues have been resolved with new ownership.

I didn't like that they do not stock towels at the pool and it's only a couple in the room. You have to ask for towels everytime you utilize the pool.

Proximity to airport and near restaurants. They opened the breakfast area for me as I had an early departure. Free shuttle was exceptional. Nice staff.

Filthy bathtub, noisy (rattling) fan in bathroom, bed lopsided, only a sheet and thin bed spread. No extra blankets available (I asked). I covered myself with my jacket! Pictures taken upon arrival.

The cost was reasonable. The location is very good.

The bathroom was tiny. The bath towels were very small and thin and only one per adult. The TV was good sized, but the picture quality was poor. I stayed at this facility about four years ago when it was run by Best Western, it was better then.

we have been to 3 other hotels in the last two weeks, and this is by far the best one we’ve been at! They have amazing breakfast, and the pool is great! Big pool lots of fun for the whole family! It’s also pretty central, so there’s lots of stuff to do in the area. The staff is also very friendly, and helpful. The place has been clean the entire time, and any issues that occur, they take care of right away for us! So honestly no complaints on my side! Would 100% recommend staying here to anybody that wants to hear it!

Omg Price! A steal! Pool area was clean, hallways etc.all clean free of any debris. Bed, bedding & pillows clean comfortable. Sofa was in very good condition despite fabric wear. There were some issues but was all due to facility age. Fully applianced hvac worked and was quiet. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Included continental breakfast.

Doors. Locks were a bit "resistant" to open. I struggled with exterior and room lock each time I left and reentered. Bathroom layout. You had to step inside and aside to close door before you could sit on toilet. Carpet stains, loose fixtures and use of many power strips.that were full. No clock in room, just aged appliances but there was fridge, micro, coffee pot, iron and blow dryer all clean, just worn, including phone. A bit of peeling paint. I still felt it was a good value, especially for the $$$$ and location. I was dubious about what it was really going to be like for such a low rate in a high rent district and was surprised it was very decent.

Beds were comfortable and it was a great value The location was great too

In the bathroom there was hair in the bathtub water was dripping in the tub. The sink sprayed water all over the place and on our clothes We went to go out there was 1 cop in the hall and were greeted with 5 more

It was filthy; the bathtub drain was completely clogged; the bathroom was full of hair when we arrived; we feel all the springs in the matresses; the duvet is as thin as a piece of paper and the pillow? There not even regular pillows. More like worned down cushions. NEVER going there again. And I didn't even said anything about the smell of humidity throughout the entire hotel. Disgusting... I don't mind a simple hotel if it's clean bit this one honestly was disgusting.

The staff, referring to Lilly, was remarkable. She was very pleasant and was able to answer my questions. She got me juice while I was finishing my breakfast. Very thoughtful caring lady. Wish there were more staff personnel that like Lilly. She made my day brighter.
