Clean. Smart updates, so night table, reading light, 2 outlets, 1 USB-A and 1 USB-C receptor on each side of the bed and on the desk. Easy and effective room-darkening shades. Good shower. Shower cap provided. Good value: Many much more expensive motels and hotels have fewer outlets and shower caps only upon request. Friendly and efficient staff, accommodated request for extra pillows. Also, many ethnic restaurants close by. Pho Yum was delicious.

Breakfast. The only “healthy” offering was an apple. Yoghurts all flavored, none plain. Oatmeals all sugary and flavored, none plain. Coffee tasted old/stale.

Excellent location, the rooms were always clean and cozy, there is an indoor pool and a small fitness center, the staff was friendly and the breakfasts were light but excellent for the price.

The pool was shut down for maintenance for most of my stay and the on-site mini gym's cardio machines controls were not working at all.so one coulnd't really use them.

They leave me more shampoo,roll paper and soap every day.the room is clean and comfortable.

The hot breakfast is just waffles and coffee, they should add scrambled eggs and sausage or something. The curtain in the room is so thin that all the light enters the room at night. people walking outside can see through the curtain.

Breakfast was tasty, nice options for a budget hotel.. and the location, near interchanges in all directions, is quite ideal! I found a wonderful pub just east, a mile or so down the street, and there were many other eating options in the area.

The facility was older -- and perhaps it was for safety reasons, but I couldn't find any optional key-card doors to get in from the parking lot except for the front door. (I appreciate optional access, with the stuff I frequently carry in my car!)

Excellent location. Even though it's in the city, very quiet and felt super safe. Amazing housekeeping staff and they kept the grounds/parking lot spotless. Free breakfast had great hours and excellent options. Bed was super comfy.

Room is a bit tiny, would have liked a little table versus a desk. Heated pool was chilly. Annex doors had no reentry. Otherwise fantastic, stayed two extra nights.

The personal was so great and so kind, all the personal it´s so gently. The staff was the best on the experience in the hotel, the pool was great too.

Maybe the breakfeast could be better in protein, because i can not find eggs, ham or cheese. It is the only bad think that we can find.

Staff was very helpful and kind. I had an easy time getting checked in at 1am and every person I interacted with was great. The rooms were very nice for the price and I wish I had brought a swimsuit to take advantage of the indoor pool. The staff cleans most of the day and provide anything you need, no attitude over towels or toiletries. Very centrally located with great food close by and easy access to main streets.

Some smudges on the wall that could have been cleaned. Bed was a little uncomfortable and pillows too squishy for me. Ice machine closed, probably a safety precaution for covid. I miss pre covid breakfast. Stains on the ottoman. Had to work while there, computer table is right in front of the air conditioner, so you either have to freeze or have no air. (decided to be truly lazy and work in bed). Ac was very loud, which worked out well for me since I work all night and it provided white noise for the morning.

Everything! check in was smooth, gentleman behind the counter was great, after a 15 hour day of driving. Breakfast was great. Plenty of variety. Check out was an easy experience with a lovely woman.

Dave at the front desk was totally on it :) Nice breakfast, comfy bed!

We moved a table in our first room and there was a pile of ants. Mildly terrifying as they were pretty big and started roaming. Went downstairs and told Dave and he took care of it immediately and moved us to another room.

Easy location to get to

The rooms were comfortable, but things seem to be outdated. The carpet seem like it was from the 1990s. Are the $170 price I paid for the night was a little pricey
