These reviews make no sense me. I needed to get away from everyday stresses, so I went on line, booked a king jacuzzi room and a few hours later, I checked into my room. The only trouble I encountered was the rate didn't match what I booked online, it was more expensive when I checked in, but it wasn't a problem at all because the guy at the desk made it all work out for the price I had already paid. I was a little nervous to on what to expect because the last time I escaped to a jacuzzi room ( which was a 5 star hotel! ) no cleaner on duty there,, had to clean the jacuzzi out myself! it was so horrible I checked out that same night. But when I opened the door I was impressed, the room was clean, way more than I expected for a motel in the Buffalo area, the jacuzzi was clean!! And it has an overall good atmosphere in the room. When I turned the jacuzzi on there must have been something left over in the drain so I went to the office and told the guy and he got the custodian over immediately. He came and cleaned it up and George (his name) went above and beyond to clean it and make sure we had everything we needed before he left the room. I had the best sleep here I've had in over a year...it was so peaceful and relaxing that I asked the office guy if I could book another night in the same room. So I did effortlessly and what made it more awesome is that he gave it to me at the same rate I paid the previous day and that made me smile big! So despite these other reviews, I would recommend this motel again and again. And I will be making all my future escapes here.

The door would not lock. There was a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi as the signal did not reach the room. Overall, having the opportunity to get away for a night was all that mattered.

It was pretty dirty, the locks were broken, there were no microwaves the fridge barely works.
