Second time I've stayed here to visit my daughter who attends school nearby. Convenient to the UB campus and to many places to eat, shop, groceries, etc. Friendly staff, quite motel, very clean rooms, bed was pretty comfy (I slept well) -- good experience for the price, and I'd definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer -- good heating/cooling.

Bed could have been a bit less squeaky. It is kind of a basic motel -- bring your own shampoo, hair dryer. They do stock soap, towels. A little loud with regard to road noise, as you're staying near the highway and a main road. Also no elevator. Heater was a little noisy the first time we stayed.

Everything is great! I had accidentally booked a room with one bed so the front desk upgraded us to two beds at no cost. I was travelling with my husband, myself and son. He said complimentary upgrade! I Was so happy. Comfy beds, very clean room, lobby and main area are well taken care of, Would definitely stay again.

I have been coming to this Motel 6 for ar least a decade now when I feel like taking an "in-town" staycation. Great value for a nice clean handicapped-accessible no-nonsense motel room. And the staff is very helpful & friendly.

Nothing as all was perfect! I will be a Motel 6 customer for life!

This was a really nice and clean hotel. Staff were really friendly during check in and check out. I would stay here again.

The only downside, and it may not be a downside for some. The bed was a little firmer than what I am use to.

Clean room, convenient (20 -30 minutes) from Niagara Falls. Lots of dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pillow was very thin. Asked for an extra and slept much more comfortably.

Location was excellent…very convenient for shopping, restaurants, etc. Room was clean and comfortable.

We fed our dog and the dry kibble attracted lots of ants! We sprayed the area with Raid and didn’t see any more after that.

Last minute booking and happy to have a safe place to stay with nice staff.

Room next to loud ice machine and the second floor stairwell door slams pretty hard but nothing unusual

The employee Mantu was extremely pleasant, helpful, willing to help us anyway he could. He worked our entire stay. He deserves a raise. He went out of his way to help us. He got us extra towels and pillows, and always had a smile on his face!!

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable; the air conditioner was ice cold! And the non-carpeted floors were great, for us and the dog. The location was super easy to get to also, easy to find.

We stayed on 2 occasions. Our first stay, (a Friday night) was bothered slightly by young adults having a raucous party: drinking, yelling to one another, holding locked doors open, lots of coming and going! Still, our room was comfortable. Our 2nd stay, (a Sunday night) was extremely quiet!

Night staff VERY helpful. We were mistakenly placed by booking.com in regular room. We needed disabled room. Night staff switched us into proper room. Thank you.
