Their front desk worker Michelle M is the only reason we have decided to stay there in the future we were there to move my granddaughter into UB her first semester our tv didn’t work we reported to the gentleman at the front desk we went out for the day came back still not working we then spoke to Michelle M who than upgraded our room for the inconvenience for that alone we didn’t write a bad review and will be recommending to the family also

Very clean quiet

The rooms were quite comfortable. Large enough with the king sized bed and couch area. Room was a little warm when we got there, but with a quick flip of the dial, the cooler air came. Comfortable bed.

The light from the door way was quite bright. The neighbours in our hall had pre-teens that were noisy until about 1am! Throwing a ball up and down. Their hotel room door also didn't close quietly, so it kept banging with each child that went room to room. Then parents would yell.

We liked the modern look and feel. Lots of places to sit and relax. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. They treated us like family rather than customers.

The proximity to the interstate was a bit of a turn off but the noise wasn’t as much of a problem as we feared. Short staffing due to Covid represented a challenge at breakfast time. I’m sure the front desk person would have graciously prepared our included breakfast but we felt guilty even asking so we did not receive all the included amenities. No biggie. Don’t sweat the small stuff!

The breakfast was okay. It was a Bistro type breakfast which I wasn't expecting. If staying at the hotel again, I would probably just go to a local restaurant for breakfast. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The room was quiet and peaceful.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged for a cup of coffee at the Bistro. Although it was available 24/7 I believe, it should just have been complimentary. I also found hair (not mine) in the bathtub and in the clean towels.

The room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also nice to have my name listed on the welcome screen on the tv.

Can't think of something negative.

The room was excellent and very comfortable. For some reason they gave us a room with a wheelchair accessible shower, but it worked just fine. The hotel was very easy to book at the last minute when we were unable to stay in the original hotel.

Rooms was not cleaned My stay was a week and housekeeping cleaned my room 1 time I had to go to the main lobby just to get fresh towels and washclothes

Everything was great! Bed is so comfortable as well as the pillows! They are re-modeling and it looks great as well.

I was just bummed out on the hot tub just being luke warm. But other than that our stay was great! I would love to stay here again
