I like the location, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel was fairly quiet when I stayed there. The staff is very nice and helpful. I especially want to give a thumbs up to Liz at the front desk. She is very kind, professional and personable.

There were some things I wanted to comment on that I did not like during my visits. One is that while the beds were comfortable, I noticed that at least one of the beds actually looked like it was sagging a bit, perhaps due to age or overuse? Another thing is that some of the carpets looked worn or ripped in some areas in the room. Also, I saw people in the parking lot smoking and cooking from a small barbecue. There was a “crowd” of people. I’m not sure if they were hotel guests or not.

The best part was when checking into the hotel and the hotel clerk advised that they did not take my credit card for some particular reason and when I explain to her that’s all I had with me she told me don’t worry about it and she ran it and took the deposit on it and everything worked out fine and me and my wife had a beautiful night out

There honestly wasn’t anything I didn’t like I really did enjoy the place and I said before the girl who was working the counter when I checked in insured that we had an enjoyable night and if you can tell her I said thank you and because of her this will be my new choice of stay when traveling

The bed was very comfortable for me. The heating unit was quiet and efficient and the t-stat temp setting seemed accurate. I noted that the lobby was actually being used by patrons to sit and converse in what seemed a relaxed atmosphere.

The pillows seemed fine to me, however my son and daughter both thought they could be more supportive.

Room was fine. We had space for a U-Haul truck in the well lit back area.

Coffee wasn't ready at 5 AM. It was ready at 5:15. We were on a tight schedule, so this was inconvenient for us.

The staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. My stay was a little over 2 weeks and myself and my pets and I were very comfortable.

The only thing I can say as a disabled person is that they should have trays for when you get breakfast. Sometimes, you just want to eat back in your room.

It looked nice

I couldn’t check in till 4 even though check in was 3:00. The pet room the gave me was stinky. Not cleaned very well, as my dogs noses were glued to the floor.

Breakfast was good, and there was plenty to eat. Sunday Breakfast ends a bit early. The room was nice, I did not hear the nearby planes, but there was no room service between my first and second day in the room.

Having powdered creamer in the room instead of half and half.

The hotel was basically xlean, the rugs in the hallways were dirty & soiled but the rooms were neat & clean

The breakfast was horrible. We were told breakfast started at 8am-10am. We got down there at 8:15. There was only prepackaged bagels, muffins, cereal, & milk. There were no bagels left at 8:15 and there was no cutlery. A customer went to the front desk and got met with an attitude. A while later the desk clerk came and restocked the "buffet". When you include breakfast, then offer a breakfast, not crap that I can get at the local gas station.

Room comfort, value, air conditioner worked well

Room had musty smell, one outlet had no cover, dust was prevalent on furniture, shower head did not work properly.
