The pool was great for the kids. Love that it was open late

The hot tub was very nice. The manager was very nice and was very professional the staff at the front desk was very friendly and answered all my question and addressed all our needs .The breakfast was very good every morning,the staff in the restaurant were the nicest set of people especially the manager every morning she walked around and greeted us as we arrived for our breakfast and made sure we didn't need anything.my kids had a great time my son really enjoyed his Christmas present which was a hotel stay.

It was nice I didn't have any complaints or issues.

it was a good location, nice lobby with view of the pool which was aesthetically pleasing even though we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool.

Was put in. handicapped accessible room the first night without being told. dDid not realize this until I went to my family’s rooms and saw the difference between the bathrooms and closets. My room had no bathroom counter and the closet was tiny wit the hanging rod so low that I couldn’t hang my formal gown in it without it dragging on the floor. When I approached the front desk about it the next morning they moved me with no problem. The person who checked me in the night before was not very friendly, and he wasn’t even at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait about 5 minutes not knowing whether there would be someone there to assist me. I could barely understand him with his heavy accent and he was not able to adequately answer my questions.

My experience was much improved over last year's visit. At that time the pool was closed, I was told my refrigerator (when I complained wasn't very cold) was actually a "cooler", not a fridge. (complete nonsense!) I also had issues getting my room serviced last year and a lack of hot shower water. This year the shower was great, I got extra towels when I requested them, and extra coffee makings, also. They also did a stay-over freshening of my room when I requested it. They no longer service the rooms daily.

There was a large crack in one of the windows in my room. It didn't affect my stay or the functionality of the room but I was surprised to see it at a Hilton.

The lobby was clean and so were the hallways. The elevators moved quickly, and the staff was helpful answering questions. The water pressure in the shower and toliett was excellent.

The air conditioner would stop blowing cold air in the middle of the night causing moderate discomfort and this was reported and investigated by hotel staff, but it continued to happen. The toilet had urine under the lid and their was a room lamp that wasn't working we had reported the issue and nothing was done about it. The refrigerator didn't work until a maintenance guy relocated the fridge. The ice machine wasn't operating on the 3rd floor.

Nice and clean dinning area, refrigerators in the room, microwave in the lobby easy to access. Room was comfortable, yet cold. Facility was clean and front desk staff and dining manager were exceptional!

only one waiter when we ordered a la cart instead of the breakfast buffet then ignored us like it was a personal attack. The waiter the first day was fantastic and we didn't understand why the second one was so bad and unkind as soon as we didn't choose the buffet.

in the pool I don’t see someone check the water if level is clean or not, and no towels outside, they need a bathroom outside too is not easy go inside back and for , and no microwave in my room , and I lost my daughter sandals in the pool is crazy someone take it, that make me feeling upset, and the from desk they don’t give me a discount or said something . is disrespectful, pay a lot of money in hotel, and another tale the staff is not yours .

I loved the rental car office being available in the hotel. Yvette, the rep who serviced us for both the rental car and the snack area, was amazing. She will be the main reason we return. Yvette was just an awesome and helpful person. She was professional and knowledgeable. She was just amazing! We also enjoyed the breakfast although it was pricey.

The hours for the snack area were not long enough.

I didn’t know where the free breakfast area was so I missed that, loved the pool it was just a beautiful lobby.

I was in room 326 and the bathroom looked unfinished. The walls the floor and toilet is very out dated. You can hear the very loud flushing from anyone using it. The fact that there is no room service is a negative I had to leave everyday to get meals.

proximity to Melville businesses. clean rooms. amazing pillows. I’d like to buy one.

I’d like a real cup of coffee in the morning to bring back to my room. the coffee bar in the lobby apparently doesn’t open until 8:00am. that’s kind of silly. the only place to get coffee is at the restaurant??? Yes!! perhaps consider a coffee/tea station in the lobby where you can grab a coffee….no charge even????
