I loved that there was an on site restaurant. it was a clean and beautifully put together space

I didn’t like that the jr. suite had no microwave or anyway to heat your food! also there was a metal panel door that accessed the filter on the heating air system! and the bathroom was very small

the only negative took a long time to get hot water.

How clean the hotel is and great staff.

The hotel room was spotless. Very happy with the room and the service provided at the Bistro. The waitresses were exceptional. I regret not getting their names. We enjoyed the casino but it was not the main reason we stayed here. We chose this location because of its close proximity to the Long Island Expressway. It far exceeded our expectations.

The only thing that could be improved upon was the check-in process. The woman at the desk was very nice but it took awhile to get checked in . I booked through booking.com so perhaps there was an issue was that. She did thank me for my patience.

there was no drink menu at bar, we were seated immediately, but then waited over 9 min before a waiter not in out area came over and he was great. The breakfast area, we stood in line 10 min and only one person was being served, we put back our items, and decided to go out. There was no pool when it said there was on a booking site.

The bartender at the lower level in the corner, Ursela, was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I ended up staying at chatting with her for awhile, she was so personable and way sweeter than the yougner bartender at the main floor bar. The room was really big!

The walls were extremely thin! It sounded as if there was maintenance being done for a long time, also at approximately 8 am and when we wanted to sleep in, we were unable to. That definitely hindered our experience a little bit.

Need dedicated parking for hotel guests. Casino is very popular and parking is an issue. They do have valet parking but the purpose of our trip was to see family and friends so we frequently left and returned to the hotel. Also they don’t have dollies or carts for the transportation of luggage to or from the room. My husband was forced to go from room to car 4 times to get bags.

The location and value for the money was great. I had an exterior room. I hear that the ones facing the casino can be a bit noisy but my room was a corner and it was great! clean, comfortable and I liked that food was available almost 24/7. Self parking is a challenge on the weekends and evenings, It's a casino!

I had no problems with anything except parking was a challenge unless you valet. I would stay again and is centrally located in Long Island. The staff was great and very accomodating. so I liked it all.

it was no parking spots and it should be some kind of pass for valet for the guest like me that had a hotel room there because i wasnt there to gamble, i was going out to dinner. I wasnt going to pay valet when i would be leaving to go to dinner in 3 hrs after i arrived.atleast give a pass to come back off of the $10 valet fee that they charging. it would have cost me $20 for coming and leaving and coming back for valet. also i checked out at 7am which the casino was closed but i had to walk all the way around the building to get to my truck because security had the entrance blocked off which thats the way i came in the night before blocked off. they could’ve just escorted me and my luggage out the door and I would’ve been right by my truck that was parked in the handicap spot
