7 minutes walking time to get to the beach. Pretty good. I asked for one extra hour in the morning to extend a check out time and was very friendly granted one. Communication and check in process I would give 10 out of 10. Excellent.

Tea kettle would be handy. on the other hand there are so many convenience stores and cafe around the place, including 24/7 ones, so why bother.

The place is great. It is like a little studio apartment. There is a stove, refrigerator and microwave. This is perfect for longer stays.

No place to hang up clothes, so the next time we will bring some over the door hooks.

I've stayed on 2 occasions and in 2 different rooms at this property & was happy with both. The rooms are spacious & clean, with a lot of privacy. Since the rooms are set up like apartments, I had the ability to prepare my own food which made my stays more relaxing than having to go out & order something for every meal. The building & the area felt safe, lots of family homes in the neighborhood, and the building can't be accessed without a digital key which made me feel more secure. On the same block is a small grocery store adjacent to the building that made it convenient to stop at the ATM or get last minute supplies. During the day there is plenty of on-street parking. Mila, the staff who sees to providing the keys and linens is very kind and helpful, it's obvious that she cares about the property & the customer experience. The location is a great place to go out for a walk, there are beautiful sights to see, including the beach, and nearby parks to enjoy the fresh air. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby and it's a very short drive to access the highway.

At night parking can become difficult to find, but that is expected in the city.

the host was very friendly and helpful and all necessary things are available.

in my opinion it is quite expensive for such a small room. I informed the host that it is advisable to provide a small closet to hang your clothes.

Immaculate! Up to date. Secure. GREAT neighborhood! in walking distance of EVERYTHING. Bus/subway close by. Freshly made breakfast sandwich from the grocery half a block away. Can't wait to come back!
