We (family of 4) had a very late arrival to LGA (midnight) and had planned to go to our inlaws in CT but had an appointment in Brooklyn at noon the next day so I booked 2 rooms at the Condor give the availability, price, location and reviews. The stay exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 1am, got to the rooms that connected, the 4 beds were very clean and comfortable, bathroom / shower was as well, checkin and checkout was very polite and professional.

Really nothing that we did not like. The hotel served its purpose very well.

The staff was super helpful and the location was pretty good, just a 13-minute walk from the subway. There’s also a bus that you can take. And most importantly, the area felt safe.

The only thing I had trouble with was the noise from the heat pump fan. Luckily I had brought noise cancelling ear buds and slept with those. Something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. :)

We received an upgrade, apparently because the maid didn't finish our room, although we checked in at 9 pm. But the upgrade came as a suite, with balcony and top floor location, so it was really nice. We didn't have to pay for parking, which is extremely rare in NYC. Front desk staff did their best to be nice and helpful.

The building is old and the furniture is outdated. The front desk is not always staffed so you might have to wait if you need something. The area, although it seemed safe, is not nice and it was dirty. Public transportation/ metro is about 10-15 min away, if you walk.

Coming the establishment it has a good vibe n lighting loved it… the room .. I loved the glass the mini kitchen the bathroom loved that there was lotion soap and shower caps… the bedding was superb and to top it off the balcony .. thank you for the experience

When I arrived it was a bit late…the check in host may of been in the restroom or helping a guest .. so I had to wait about 20 mins to check in.. other than that he was super nice

Staff was really friendly and cordial. Location is very convenient, in Bed Stuy but close to Williamsburg and close to public transportation. Plenty of great places to ear nearby. Bed was comfortable and location was quiet, so I had a great night's sleep. Nice back patio to sit in during the evening.

Bath tub had a little bit of grout in come crevices and could have been a little bit cleaner.

I like the location because it's nearby stores and train stations. Its quiet at the Condor and clean. Our beds were not as comfortable when we were last there. However since we love this hotel we will stay there again. We love love the secured parking lot.

Beds were too soft and no support

The hotel is very cozy and super clean which I really appreciate! I know it seems as if that should be expected but a lot of places fall short and this hotel did not. The ambience is also so lovely. Very soft lights drape the building once the sun sets, and the lobby is kind of dark but not in a creepy way. It was perfect after a long night out, I felt safe retreating back to my room after. Also, I appreciate that the front door locks at a certain point. I felt very safe because of that, as well.

It was a perfectly lovely hotel. However, as soon as you walk out the front door, you are hit with the overwhelming smell of hot garbage. I can’t stress this enough, not the hotel’s fault. But it did stink

Front desk staff is professional, personable, and courteous. The pictures are spot on with what the rooms look like in person. We'll maintained, clean, and luxurious decor. These are more like suites. The neighborhood was quiet, welcoming, and an absolute treasure. Our family will be back next time we are visiting new york.
