This hotel had a beautiful room, clean room with friendly staff, lots of free street parking. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel is brand new and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend everyone to stay there! I will absolutely be back again!

Because the hotel is brand new there was still some construction around but it did not affect our stay.

Justin and Ty were very accommodating and helpful. Considering the hotel only been up and running for a little over a week, they were holding their own. Few hiccups with check in but understanding and expected.

WiFi down for tv and such in the room but they were still working on getting extenders and such set up.

I felt right at home. Everyone was welcoming and every staff member asked how I was, and if I needed anything. Amazing customer service!

There wasn't a mirror in the bathroom, so putting on makeup was a little bit of a challenge

This Hotel is great, Brand New and some work still going on so some minor issues -Wonderful Staff, friendly and professional. -The area is very trendy, little rough looking but very safe (in my time there, early sept), short walk from Station and the trendy bar and food street of Wyckoff Avenue. -Building is brand new and very clean, little bare but it's still a WIP -Room had a great view looking out into Brooklyn, Huge windows (6th floor) -Bedding changed and fresh towels during the day. -Shower takes a little time to get warm but Hot and good pressure, very modern. -Soaps and hair, Body wash provided. (big thumbs up also to the folded towel design when we first entered the room) -Room had: Microwave, Iron and board, Hairdryer.

Only minor notes; This place is still being worked on as it's new. -Bed itself is fragile and has broken frame (did not effect sleep, but as the frame is broken, it sheds wood particles and dust making floor dirty). -Windows aren't exactly sound proof, so some minor noise leaks in from Lorries and the work yard opposite on the south facing side. (6am+) -Door when closed was not flush tight with frame, so could wobble with a couple of cm gap which could potentially be shimmied open with a Credit card or something. But Security is 24/7 and patrols, so wasn't worried about it. -Some odd gaps and screw holes in some places that need filling in.

The Bogart by LuxUrban is a smart hotel with friendly and courteous staff that finds itself in a fantastic Brooklyn location. There's a subway stop less than five minutes away on foot and a few stores, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants just a little further afield.

Better quality beds and mini-fridges are very much needed in the rooms. An onsite restaurant would also be nice. Do bear in mind however that the hotel is relatively new. I've been given assurances that these issues will be addressed in due course. I look forward to seeing the improvements on my next visit to New York.

I love the location! It’s really close to Manhattan if you are in town and like to go there to visit. It’s a nice area with some good food in the area. I was very happy to learn my room had a balcony!! Such an amazing touch and nice to be able to go out in the morning / evening. The hotel is brand new and it was nice to be able to check it out. I love the hallway decor as well. The staff is amazing! They are really good people that want to make sure your stay is satisfactory. They were very helpful when I asked them for some help a few times during my stay.

This is a brand new hotel! Everything is fresh and new. That isn’t a bad thing, but it does feel like the hotel was pushed to open before they were ready. For example there is no front desk in the reception area so the first impression is a little different than you might be used to. This didn’t bother me at all. In the room, there was no toilet paper holder so rolls were just thrown on top of the toilet. There were no light bulbs in the lamps in the room. No refrigerator. No coffee maker. No microwave. It’s minimal but it was perfect for me.

Very friendly and polite staff, housekeeping/cleanliness is excellent, and the location in a lively neghborhood & next to a subway station was very convenient.

A mini-fridge would've been appreciated; also towel hangers in the bathroom. While the terrace offers a lovely view, the lack of chairs or sofas restricted us from fully enjoying it. It would also be nice to have a chair or two in the room to sit after a long day of walking around the city. We would also appreciate a card-controlled entrance in the building for safety reasons.

Liked the location by Netflix studios thought that was cool and in was actually able to find parking lol. I loved the balcony and the set up of the room I saw complaints about small rooms but it was perfect. The shower heads were nice. You can sign in you your streaming apps on their TVs.

I didn’t like that there was no patio furniture not even one chair or stool and since there’s no extra furniture in the room so you can only sit on the bed. I wish places would bring back tubs I love a good soak. No ice machine so had to get bag of ice but no fridge so ice melted within the hour. Only one lamp in the room. No soap in the shower if your going to offer it fill it up please.

I had the privilege of meeting Christopher. He was very attentive and respectful. He informed us about the 24/7 rooftop and other local activities. I noticed there was security and a doorman which is great! The location was perfect! There was no issue finding free street parking, there is so much street art to look at. There are so many stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. They are across from Netflix Studio which made it feel even safer.

There wasn't much to complain about. You can tell this place is new and they are growing as they go. I think the only thing I can say is that I wish we had a fridge in the room, but again this place is new and I just hope that they keep growing because their services were great!
