Breakfast is so so. It closes at 9:00 am and most hotels I stay go till 10:00 Its not much but its something. The only other comment that is needed is that I came to this Marriot because I have been here before and their photos online show the pool and the hot tub/spa. The hotel should change that picture because they no longer will be using the hot tub/spa and they have not for the past 6+months. There is no renovation, they are just no longer allowing it to be used. Because of that I changed my 7 night stay in January to another hotel where I called the front desk to make sure their hot tub/spa was operational. This was important to me and because Fairfield Marriot in Medford shows it in their photos it is misleading to someone looking for that particular amenity.

I was here 5 nights. Nice hotel, everything was overall great and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, and everyone is nice. Daily housekeeping is also great. I paid through Booking.com, and upon arrival I used my card for the deposit, but I was charged again for the entire stay. However, I was refunded promptly for the double charge.

Pool is small, but nice. It would be great if the hot tub was open, but it wasn’t. Also no laundry, but I already knew that before hand and there is a laundromat across the street so not a big deal.

Lobby was perfect and make you feel welcome.

Room need some upgrades.

Very clean, well planned out lobby and sitting area that we utilized. Very comfy room with wonderful quality linens and mattress. We slept well during our two nights. The staff must love their jobs because they were not only genuinely friendly, but helpful, accommodating and caring! Thank you Katerina and your wonderful staff!

The room was large, the breakfast was good, overall it was a good stay

The clearing person did not pass the first day, the swimming pool and the gym are very small and the cleaness was not the best in the room (floor)

cleanliness and daily upkeep were fantastic, Breakfast was good coffee great, good staff interactions

as always the technology needs work, some channels on tv were sometimes available.

Love this hotel. My family & I had an amazing time-heated pool, excellent breakfast, superb facilities (rooms doesn’t smell like ashtray) which is a plus, staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend this hotel in the area

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Great location, great price, clean, etc .

When the heat first turned it made a horrible noise for about 5 minutes, but finally stopped, and then was quiet. Also, the bed was a little soft.

The free breakfast provided a very nice variety of food. I needed gluten-free and was able to find several items that worked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The front lobby was very cramped. The couches felt like they were in the middle of the walkway because they were!

Loved the pool,the location was perfect for what we needed. Front desk staff was amazing. Every question or need we had was met with a smile. Will stay again in the future if you are headed that direction.

Only downfall we had at the hotel was that the hottub was down for repair.
