Booked room with two queen beds for one-night stay with family (10/12/2024). Overall, our room was clean and very well maintained. Parking - Very convenient. I parked in front of our room. Remote-started the vehicle from bed. Flooring - Laminate wood flooring (not carpet). I felt better immediately, no concerns of carpet allergens and other nasty buried surprises. Bathroom - Exceptionally clean. Very bright lighting. Kohler sink and walk-in shower. One-piece toilet. Bedding - Well tucked clean sheets and blanket (that should always to be expected). Firm mattress. Cabinets/table - Already, very clean. I did a full wipe-down with bounty towels of all table-top surfaces and generally any area before I put down our items/luggage (including floor). The only "not-clean" surface was the storage space under the bed side table, mostly accumulated dust. Electrical plugs - Plenty of convenient wall plugs. It's a small room so the enclosing walls were about 1/2 foot to each queen bed. There were plugs on both walls and the bedside table. Was able to charge and use our phones/labtop in bed without criss-crossing cables over the other person or having to get up (convenient). Air conditioner/Heat Pump - They had an in-wall unit located in the back part of room (next to bathroom). Whether by design or coincidence the location of the unit allowed for more even distribution of air (without that fan effect of air blowing directly at you).

Noise - There was a party at the catering hall next door. Very loud music until 3am. But I don't think there is much any motel can do to keep that kind of volume out. Rather silly but now we have to consider including earplugs in the traveler bag. Shower - Sufficient, but below average showerhead water pressure. However, the water pressure at the sink faucet was good. So perhaps the filter in the showerhead needs cleaning. Night light - Something they should consider installing since the bathroom light is much too bright for when you wake up to use the bathroom at night.

Exceptionally clean, adjacent to everything important. Loved the stay and the room was great. Nice quiet location and very helpful/friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful and updated and ac is great. Hidden gem in Medford and will be returning next year for my vacation. Preferable to larger hotels. 100/10 would recommend again and will stay.

It was perfect nothing bad to say and the nay sayers on here must not have been recently.

Very clean, spacious room, with no carpeting (I hate carpeting). Hot tub was pleasant, but took a loooooooooong time to fill. Kudos for having shower with doors that actually close. The bed was huge and comfortable. The parking lot is also very large, and there were many more cars there in the early and late evening than there were in the early morning. Draw your own conclusions.

shower water pressure was disappointing.

The room was newly renovated, immaculate & quite large. The bath was beautiful with a wonderful shower.

The room could have used a chair & a mirror. There was plenty of room for both. The room backed up to a very busy road with a lot of traffic. I don’t remember seeing a hairdryer. I had my own.

The location was great for my needs in Medford. The room was eed to very nicely arranged and updated. The staff was very warm and professional. The parking and securtity was good. It is close to everything you may need to enjoy your stay in Medford.c

I am used to a softer bed, however I did get used to the bed after the first night. The pillows were very fluffy and comfortable. The bedding was very omfortable and decorative as pictured

Very clean, the bathroom was phenomenally enjoyable. Definitely brand new. overall stay was enjoyable.

the only thing I didn’t like was that there were no smoking buckets for people who smoke outside. Also no benches out side of the room. They should add outside bench too each room. In case a customer wants to smoke outside. Other than that, property was kept clean.

The check in was very easy and staffs were very friendly. This is a very clean and well-maintained hotel. I have always booked my rooms here every time I am in the area. Clean lines and room service is provided everyday.

Sometimes it could be pricey!! But I understand its nature of the business.

This is a hidden gem!! Me and my husband were traveling to the Hamptons for a wedding and needed a rest spot. The room was gorgeous and clean!! The staff was on point with their kindness and friendliness. Price point was excellent! It is close the the expressway and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. I will definitely be telling my friends/family and coming back.

Place is awesome - best price, and the room is really perfect. All that you need, and more, and clean as a whistle...

The only thing was the clock was set wrong so we were running a bit behind - but did manage to checkout on time due to remainder call from front desk...

The room was very clean, reasonably updated and the bathroom was nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable. Linens were better than average.

No closet or hangers, no electric outlet in the bathroom, no luggage rack or chairs and no coffee makings! Other than the lack of coffee the rest are inconveniences but can be dealt with.
