Friendly customer service and fast check-ins, The breakfast complimentary is wonderful.. the hotel is surrounded by shopping centers easy to get to and nice restaurants

The Spa room was out of order

Location very convenient to airport -- plane very late getting in, they still provided a shuttle which was very prompt. Room very quiet, especially considering proximity to airport. Breakfast very good. Blackout curtains very helpful. No wait for shuttle in the morning.

Odd shower design, no real barrier between shower area and bathroom floor, so floor wound up getting quite wet. Also, no place to set soap etc. in the shower stall. Spray attachment not working properly. Needs a re-do.

my stay should be overnight only but because of the snow storm i was extened for 7 days more lol, i was very lucky because i was in this hotel when the storm hits the city, we were the only hotel that has electricity and heat!! the staff is very friendly and calm even though there’s a lot of guests thst are pissed because of the calamity going on, but i can see they’re holding there patience. we also have food in the hotel coffee etc. other hotels hasn’t anything. shout out to the beautiful front desk named daysa, very helpful and polite and to the shuttle driver who drop me at the airport. room was clean and my sleep through entire stay was great even i spend my Christmas alone in the room lol. definitely will be back when im in town.

the free bfast is keep repeating, but maybe because there’s no delivery because of the storm but im glad they still served food.

Great breakfast

I tried and tried to call you Sunday to report my problem. I booked my room by mistake for Sundaynight January 30 but was sold a night for the the 29th z thankfully. They cancelled it on their end and I tried to reach you by phone.It was automated and want a confirmation number which I gave and then they wanted a pin which was not on my email. I have been watching my bank statement and have not received a credit for the original night which was promised by that manager that I would get that refund. Hopefully to hear from you soon thank you

The staff was great, the room was spacious and the shower was amazing! The hotel was in a good location and at a great price.

The room could've used some updates. It wasn't in the best condition. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, furniture, etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and could also be updated. There were SO many lights, which was nice, but it was still dark in the room with all of them on.

The staff were all exceptional ly helpful. The breakfast was great and the eating facility clean. The external appearance was good and the interior environment gave a sense of security.

This is a nice facility that overall is clean and modern, but without a bit more detailed maintenance, the facility will quickly slip to the ratinhg of a 2-3. For instance, my room had nice linens and clean carpeting, but the bathroom lacked a once a month cleaning off the dust on the mop boards around the hard to reach toilet area. The shower is a modern all one piece molded shape, but the door has been in need of a new gasket to keep water from leaking onto the floor outside. The old gasket is an eyesore. The pocket door latch is in need of replacement. These fairly minor repairs can make the difference between a fair to an excellent rating.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, very quiet hotel, very clean room, comfortable large bed, tv worked great with general channels, the shower pressure and temperature was great, the room temperature was good, and the tub was a bonus! I appreciated the mini fridge, closet space, and desk! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, lots of options, clean seating area, and a tv to watch while you eat.

Staff was pleasant and helpful - like when my Key card no longer worked, they helped me get back into my room quickly and easily. I was able to enjoy a nice breakfast and the staff there were lovely.

I had a less than great experience with a shuttle driver on my first stay there in June. I was leaving and heading out on a flight but the driver seemed like they were annoyed I didn't tip them. I had packed all my money, as I was flying. I did tip the shuttle driver on my way back to the hotel a week later, but I am not 100% sure if it was the same driver.

Breakfast was amazing and abundant. There is a great selection of items to choose from and the hours of service start early and you can eat as much as you want. The location is minutes from the Airport and there is a shuttle available whenever you need to be picked up. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a gym to work out and there was always hot coffee or drinks available. The beds are so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. My expectations were exceeded especially as i paid such a reasonable rate.

I really feel this property got everything right, I could find nothing to complain about.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a full hot breakfast. Far too often, "breakfast" means bad coffee and cellophane-wrapped pastries. Eggs, sausage, hash browns and a nice variety of other breakfast staples, plus granola bars (which I took for the road). Service was friendly and capable, room was clean and had all the usual amenites. The free shuttle to the Amtrak station or airport was helpful, and the driver was great. A fantastic value for the price. I expect far less from a hotel in this range--some don't even provide shampoo any more.

I really was not disappointed in any way.
