The bed was comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. It was a good no-frills place to stay. The room was clean and the location to our destination was fantastic. The location had easy access to the nearby highways, but also access to local roads.

The listing on Booking.com said that the room came with a mini-fridge and microwave, but the room had neither of those things. That was kind of a bummer. The staff let us know that some sights such as booking.com got that wrong on the listing and they were trying to fix it.

I’m not sure why this property is only rated 2 stars on Booking.com. We had a great experience here! The staff are friendly, the location is near a beautiful woodsy area. We actually saw deer in the evening and morning after our stay. The room was clean, spacious and had all needed amenities. The shower pressure was great and the bed was comfortable. Lots of parking, very quiet and a nice area for sitting outside.

The location was within about 25 miles of each place that we really wanted to visit, i.e., Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Lockport, etc. Western NY is a delightful part of NYS, more outdoorsy than citified, in general. Yet the cities and towns also have much to offer in terms of history, the arts, plus outstanding surroundings such as two Great Lakes. Our king-sized room and bed were spacious and comfortable. I particularly liked the "office" area, which included a comfy chair and wrap-around work table. We paid a bit extra for this room, but it was still quite reasonably priced. It was on the ground level, facing the woods rather than the nearby NYS Thruway, so that was another plus.

Parts of the main thoroughfares such as Rt. 78 included one mall after another. Although convenient, they were not all that scenic! The older byways, such as Route 5, gave much more of a local flavor. The bathroom was quite small, and its air blower quite loud. The wash sink drained slowly but surely.

Yo start the gentleman that received me at 11 pm was such a lovely person, very kind towards me, I was looking for a place to get COVID test ( as a requirement to cross the border) and he jumped right into the computer to look for a place. Also very polite. We’ve been on the road for 3 days and this was the best atención we received from the hotels we stayed at. Give this men a raise please.

The room was very clean, and most importan the restroom and the shower was clean too, we were able to take a nice shower. I’m very please with my experience for the price I paid

Some times Hoteling feels like a Gamble. Some times you win, Sometimes you loose. Continuity of service and an unbeatable staff from desk personnel to house keepers to launderers. Make this Stay at this Hotel a Win! The property was remotely located but close too notable restaurants. The accommodation was clean and the sheets, towels and bedding fresh. Problems were handled professionally and too my satisfaction.

Convenient location. Staff is friendly. Good wifi. Good price. I will continue to utilize this facility on my visits.

The room was not the cleanest to my standards. I have a 11 month old who touches everything and now walking. I bring a swifter and cleaner each time I visit because of my daughter. The floor was filthy. The pads all came out black from the swifter. There was food all over the carpet and they didn’t have a vacuum for me to use. I had to wipe everything down due to dust and smudges. Especially with COVID I expected it to be cleaner.

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and check-in was very fast.

The hotel is a little close to a busy road, and depending on where your room is located in the hotel you may be able to hear traffic noise, which lasts throughout the night. I was able to hear noise but it wasn't enough to keep me awake. There's no hotel shuttle so factor in the cost of taxis to and from the airport if that's part of your trip.

I really loved the location. The staff were really nice. All in all I was happy to have a roof over me and my partner’s head. Would definitely recommend/ come back again in the future.

Just book 1week before our day travel and look around budjet friendly hotel nearby buffalo state and its awesome. The place is maintain good and we enjoyed our stay.

in a quiet area. clean landscaping. enjoyed being able to walk the dogs around. and yes there was even baggies for provided for this.

the pillows were very flat and hard.
