My plane was canceled due to a snowstorm (while we were on the tarmac, no less), and I had to make a reservation quickly. This hotel has undergone a complete transformation under new management since I last stayed here. There's a connecting restaurant that was very comfortable and had good food. The room was great and clean, and I slept well. The shower was good and I was more than ready to catch my 5 am flight.

If I were staying long-term in Buffalo, I would seek out a hotel away from the airport where more things are available, as well as access to public transportation. Other than that, I don't have any complaints or concerns.

only complaint was housekeeping knocked and came into my room (I was sleeping I didn’t hear them knock) two hours before the check out time.

I liked the look, it was close to restaurants and stores and the suites were awesome!

They need to add more lights in the kitchen area and an additional garage can in the bathroom. They also need to take away the advertisement of the restaurant providing a breakfast buffet.

Nice reception in the evening. Good shuttle service and welcome at the evening reception desk. I was under stress and was very glad to talk to a very helpful receptionist (man). Lost my passport and needed to make a new one in Buffalo.

Next morning the lady behind the desk was not so helpful anymore and not very motivated to help. Well I guess it is more difficult to be friendly in the morning.

The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant. They were warm and friendly and made out one night pit stop so enjoyable

It's a little run down. But the hospitality and restaurant food and staff more than make up for it. Also the hotel is very clean

It was a great price, staff was very kind and helpful. Just what we needed between our plane arriving at 3a, and rental car companies opening. The free shuttle at 3a was great. Everything was clean, didn't see 1 bug, or any mold. Slept great!

Missing tiles in bathroom ceiling. Construction to facility caused wires to be hanging out in halls.

Quick check in and clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Very convent for three different restaurants with in walking distance. Also attached to a gas station/convenience store.

There is some upgrading construction going on in the courtyard. Once it is done it will be great but right now it is busy with equipment.

The room was nice. I didn't like the fact that the outside doors weren't working with the key. Had to walk all around to get in. I stayed 14 days and the doors weren't fixed in that time period,

The only thing I did not like was the fact I could not access the lobby from a hallway. I was alone and the hallways were long and a bit creepy as there was nobody around.

Very nice room which was on the first floor as requested. The beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing. So friendly and willing to assist you. It was great to be so close to the airport and have 24 hour shuttle service which was available every 15 minutes.

It was just what we wanted. Not problems.
