I absolutely loved the woman that checked me in. I do not have a name. I loved that they had a shuttle the next morning to take me to the airport. The food at the restaurant was good as well.

There was a manager giving two employees attitude when I was at the counter. It was very awkward. I really don’t like when stuff like that happens it makes me feel uncomfortable. I also did not take her name.

The room was clean, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was pretty full and you’re right beside the airport, noise was not an issue.

The pool was cold (which was disappointing, as our one priority when booking was a hotel with a pool as our kids really wanted to swim). At check-in, I was not given any instructions or voucher for the breakfast, and when I went down to eat the following more, this caused some confusion (however, the staff in the dining area was helpful).

Pool was very nice with hot tub! Room was good size plenty of room for 4 people! Breakfast was delish and made to order! :)

A bit pricey. I wish they would give you the breakfast coupon upon checking in so I didn’t have to go looking and asking for it.

The staff was both very professional and helpful. The beds were comfortable and facilities very clean. The pool was also very well managed. When we called for extra room towels or bedding for the pull out sofa, it arrived in minutes.

The restaurant was closed the entire weekend!!! It was only open during the week. I would think the weekend would be the best time for it to be open. It was a bit of a pain having to drive every time we wanted to eat a meal. A complimentary breakfast (continental or otherwise) would have been very helpful, especially because we were traveling as a family. Finally, the room rates were a bit on the high side.

Staff and morning shuttle driver (4am) was exceptional and very accomodating and friendly

television remote was not great and difficult to use. could have offered more channels as well

Breakfast is a strange combo of a self-service and an officiant, I enjoyed being called a “dude” but I’m not sure all the visitors will appreciate this

The hotel itself waking in is absolutely beautiful! It is so well decorated and warm and welcoming! It has a few computers for guests to use. They have a 1 1/2 hour time slots for the pool... Which is longer than any of the other hotels that i called and they also let you book time slots back to back if the next one has openings for more time in the pool! It has a little store to be able to buy drinks and snacks, candy and little neccesitites you may need. The front desk staff was super helpful and very lovely and friendly people. I got the king junior room and it was for myself, my boyfriend, our 1 and a half year old son and his daughter/my step daughter who just turned 8. It worked perfect for us. When you walk into the room its like a living room with a tv with a couch that pulls into a bed. A desk, a dresser and a reclining chair. Then walking towards the back you have the sink , fridge/freezer, microwave and a mini keurig. Then at the back of the room is the king sized bed. A separate tv a dresser 2 nightstands and a chair. The 2 tvs worked great for us. The kids were able to watch whatever they liked without us needing to watch it or even hear it for that matter. The 2 kids slept on the pull out couch while we had the bed. The space between the living room area and bedroom area was great for us to have our own privacy ad well but also be close to hear and see the kids if needed to.
