The property was in a good location, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included, but we were meeting family so we didn’t have time to check it out. However, the chocolate chip cookies that were baked and placed out for the guests were yummy! There is a gym and indoor pool that we hope to use on our next stay at this hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel! I thought I had made the reservations for another hotel I had been to. so glad that I was wrong. The Hampton Inn was 40% better than the one I thought we would be at!!! Thank you Terry and the breakfast staff, you were so nice and friendly. The Food was great!!! Great coffee!

If it was free!!!!! oh wait, the cookies were so good that we were always too late to get one.

The location of the hotel was great. Lots of restaurants and stores around. The room was clean and the kids had a blast at the pool as well. The only thing was you had to book a time slot to go to the pool.

Unfortunately, we were not able to try the breakfast. When we went downstairs, they had just closed even though I was told breakfast was from 6-12 not 6-10. The front desk receptionist in the morning was not very pleasant.

Terrance at the front desk was very positive, friendly and welcoming....full of life! A great welcome to your hotel. The staff running the breakfast (man and woman....I don't know their names) went above and beyond to make sure we were set on breakfast before shutting the doors around shutdown time and eggs were replenished when needed and breakfast area was cleaned.

The room and the pool area was clean. We had enough towels for the four of us. We had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. The staff at breakfast time went above and beyond when I burned my hand on the waffle maker. What could be better?

There was nothing to dislike.

Covid or current economic factors seemed to compromise services at other hotels in the area. This doesn't seem to be the case with Hampton Inn. The great room was welcoming, decorated for the holiday and clean.

Should have two coffee and hot water stations as we sat near the food area and had to walk to the front for the hot liquids and carry them quite a ways. .

Very friendly staff and updated/clean property.

The “included Breakfast” really left a lot to be desired. When it’s a limited menu, at the very least offer real yogurt, and real oatmeal. Not the commercially sweetened and chemically processed stuff. The creamer offered for in room coffee…. The package identified itself as a “whitener,” enough said. I food blog and actually took a pic of that packet and posted it on a very large food group. Other than that, the property is lovely and I’d recommend it to others.

Was told at desk I couldn't get my points because I used a outside booking and there was no hot coffee available at 4:45am when we left on a snowy morning leaving early

great time clean pool and hot tub wonderful breakfast and the hot items changed slightly each day so there was variety over the stay. they had food for the kids at breakfast even tho they are picky eaters
