Plenty of parking available on site. Friendly receptionist and easy check-in process. Comfortable room, good bed. Excellent shower.
Pretty dirty carpets. There was a lot of noise from the corridor the night we stayed.

Location was perfect for us. Breakfast was a little sparse but perfectly acceptable. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL, very accommodating, attentive and willing to help in any way they could. I didn't get everyone's name but EVERYONE I encountered deserves a raise!!!
Wouldn't be a bad idea to post where dogs can go about their business, also post a request that visitors clean up after their pets. It is unbelievable to me that people are so crude.

our room was clean and up to date. it was a pleasant stay. the attendant was very courteous and friendly at check-in. would stay there again.
it was a little pricey for one night, but because we were there for a concert at SPAC 20 minutes away and it was horse racing season, we couldn’t be too picky.

The manger and staff are very helpful and kind.
Other then my one stay there I have nothing that I don't like about this place. And that one night had nothing to do with the staff or manager it had to do with another person staying there

Response to my problem produced by your evening desk person. Rebate on room and free future room
The way I and my wife (Polio victim) were treated by your evening desk clerk, who denied we had a reservation, when it was proven we did. No "room at the Inn" attitude . (I believe she gave our room to another guest, and there were no further rooms to be had, in Red Roof or the surrounding area. A goo samaitan sold us her room.

The bed was big and snuggly and warm with nice pillows. Everywhere (except for the toilet) was clean and comfortable. Great check-in. Nice time. Great location for travelling North and South. Lots of great restaurants nearby, clothing shops, and fuel. I would stay here again. Great value.
The only yuck moment was as soon as I arrived I went into the bathroom. There was poop in the bottom of the toilet - skidmark. As everywhere else was clean maybe the cleaner was caught short or forgot to clean it. Not too bad.

The price was too high for the room. I understand the price hike for graduation weekend. But still high. Ijs.
