The room had a lovely view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, there was an easy to use coffee machine, and a microwave and refrigerator. Everything was well designed and comfortable and easy to use.
What would have been better is having direct access to the lake. However, there was access to the lake and paddle boats if you walk a short distance up the road. The other issue is that we had some heavy rain and the area around our car was full of water.

The staff, Fran, the lady in the morning and the cleaning woman were very friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in-person. The grounds were neat, the room clean and comfortable. The inn is on Route 80 West so it was a ten-minute ride straight into Cooperstown and the Hall of Fame.

It was clean. Very quiet. Very convenient
My stay in room #1was fine. But my second stay was in room #7 and there were a few issues: the room had a definite moldy odor. I could not open the windows which would have been nice rather than having to rely on the ac .

Located in a quiet area, equipped with new fridge and microwave. Towels are plenty. Also got discounted Baseball Hall of Fame tickets.

The photo's make it seem like the property is on the lake. It's not. It's actually 2 rows back and up very high. Depending on which room you can see the lake from your window. Some rooms blocked by other houses. But there is NOT a deck you can sit in by the river.

The views were amazing. Close to the center of Cooperstown. Front desk lady was very nice & fixed the hair dryer. It's a very cute little Inn.
For me the bed wasn't as comfortable as I had read of reviews but my daughter loved the bed.

Wished the picture window was a door which led to,the outdoor deck to overlook the lake.

The motel was quiet and comfortable. Just the right size for our overnight stay. There was an outside area that I wish we had time to utilize. The view form the rear window was wonderful
