Extended Stay America Suites - White Plains - Elmsford

Room was clean and adequately though plainly furnished. The kitchenette was generously sized and well designed for a longer stay though I did not use it. Bathroom was ample and well layed out. Location is convenient to highways.

The parking garage is quite tight. Mandatory right turn out of the property because of divided road with no clear indication of where to make a U-turn to head west. Not the hotel's fault, but still annoying. Fortunately, I was mostly headed east. No problem returning to the hotel as a light makes for an easy U-turn and the exit from I-287 is to the west.

it was close to events we had planned .the hotel was clean , friendly staff members . and the beds were wonderful, very comfortable. slept sound was a nice evening

I think coffee pots , plates ,utensils should have been a standard requirement in the room itself . there was only one garbage bag in our room and that was in the bathroom. & there was only two towels in the bathroom and no washcloths . other than this issue the place was wonderful!!!

I noticed the reduced staff working around the facility as a consequence of the Covid19 challenge but the courtesy of the staff is the best. Even wearing masks, I could see the smile in their eyes. Everything I requested was solved within their availability and I am satisfied with their work. The kitchen in the room is very good and functional. Being able to stay with my little dog is also a big plus.

The reduced staff, specially in housekeeping limited the room cleaning scheduled to just once a week. I thought it would be a big deal but wasn’t. They did a great weekly cleaning job and I are able to request clean towels and personal items as often as needed.

Welcoming, helpful staff, clean and comfy beds. Loved the kitchenette, the full size refrigerator and they had dishes, pans and utensils they provided for us upon request.

Wish there was more breakfast items, simple foods like bagels, cereal and Muffins. But my family was satisfied with what they had, regardless.

Affordable, comfortable and centrally located for my purpose.

The floors aren't very clean! This is the second or third time I've noticed . However, this is the first time staying since the pandemic so I expected more.

The night clerk was very welcoming and made the check in process nice and sweet. Elevators were working correctly, the parking garage was well lit.

Not enough handicap parking spaces and breakfast sucked and ran out before 9am that Sunday am. NO POOL!!!

It fitted the needs of my family well. Quiet, clean environment.

Nothing. It had all the amenities we needed. Can be a bit pricey though. Plan ahead.

Liked that it was centrally located for where we needed to be. The Manager (Amanda, I believe) was SUPER nice!

The bed wasn’t super comfortable. I really wish the breakfast would’ve been a bit more - maybe add some fruit to the selection.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, staff was available at all time.

I think breakfast should be mentioned as to only coffee provided & granola bars. Also there is a vendíng machine on site but the 5 days I stayed at the hotel the machine was out of service.

great staff, they got our room ready early, comfortable bed, great location with car.

it’s a bit outdated, but very comfortable and clean. elevator in the garage was out of service and there is no back entrance to check in. I should have check in before I pulled into the garage to be able to get in through the back. it was raining at the time when we arrived. it wasn’t a big deal to walk around the building.
