Courtyard by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County

Traveled with my family and have stayed here before. Beds are very comfortable and linens are soft, much better than most hotels I have stayed in. Staff for the most part was very smiley and helpful. Overall, room was very clean both stays we did this summer. Maids are so kind and helpful. Food at the hotel was good, fresh, and priced according to the surroundings. Enjoyed the products in the shower, smell clean, healthy, and fresh. Liked the high railings on the balcony as I have a young child. Appreciated that the AC was clean. Enjoyed the soundproofing and couldn’t hear any other guests even though it was full. Courtyard in the middle was very well maintained and provided a beautiful ambience to eat and hang out. Great location with a lot of food options and stores around.

We would have enjoyed a kids menu or some kids options, and or microwave in the room. Phone did not work in our room, so we did have to go down to ask for pillows. Front desk could have smiled a little more and had a little more pep. Would be nice to have recycle bin out front with the front trash can.

Location was a huge reason we picked this hotel. It was centrally located for our visit. Staff was amazing. We asked for a microwave in our room because my wife has dietary needs and they made sure we had it. Great job

Only real issue was fridge smallest I’ve ever seen. We came up from South Carolina and wanted to bring back some of our favorite food items and had to wait till last day to do shopping because couldn’t fit more then 4 bottles of water.

This is at least the fourth time that I have stayed at this Courtyard in Tarrytown and I have recommended it to friends who have been pleased, too. It is beautifully located, internally arranged, and has a superb lobby area with a nice, simple and excellent restaurant. There is good free parking in front which is well off the busy highway and good luggage carts to move baggage from the car to the room and back again. It is always clean and has good staff.

I cannot of a thing wrong. It is simply a great place to stay the night.

Nicely furnished rooms and lobby. Facility located away from road. Nice breakfast facility.

Upon checking in, my assigned room, even though the property was well less than 50% full, was possibly the worst situated room in the motel. It was at the end of a hall,right across from the elevator, guest laundry and ice machine and adjacent to a storage room. We immediately had the room changed. The desk attendant feigned ignorance of the poor location of the room. The facility is U shaped. The only elevator is located at the end of one of the arms of the U. Thus, using the elevator, for most rooms in the facility, requires a long walk.

Service staff were very friendly and very helpful. Very professional in their interaction with us. We had housekeeping everyday which was very nice coming back from an outing to meet a clean room with well made beds. The neighborhood was very nice too with restaurants and bars just 7mins from the hotel

I didn't like that the rooms were not sound proof and didn't have like a sitting area. The fridge was very small

The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the Bistro. Very convenient location, the bus stop is nearby and it's easy to get to the train station.

Our room was near the AC equipment and just a bit noisy, but it's a background noise that doesn't actually bother too much.

i stayed on and off during the week i had two really good stays once for two nights then one for one night when i checked in for the third time a longer time from may 27-31 the room they put me in was dirty immediately they offered the change to another room one i had previous

The room didn’t have a microwave or kettle to boil water. We went to the lobby to use the microwave. When the staff saw, they offer to bring the microwave to the room for us. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

Excellent staff, clean room, no noise bleed from other rooms. Access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. Bring your passwords! Small kiosk for snacks. Detailed attention to COVID precautions.

Courtyard accessible to loud, inconsiderate guests on one day during daytime. Some furniture pieces in room, sofa for example, slightly worn. Takes a while to get to your room. Hotel is a bit of a maze.

The facility was well managed and the staff was helpful in giving us some assistance on how to connect with the subway system to take us into Boston. The room was perfect for our stay.

The availability of places to dine at the motel weren’t the best but a lot of that is probably due to the COVID protocol. That being said, the restaurants in the area were exceptional.
