Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, Great location, easy walking distance from a good variety of restaurants and venues. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Checking in was easy. Parking is available should you be driving in at a nominal fee. A decent mini 24hr market is available for those quick snack cravings and needs. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and the room smelled and looked freshly cleaned. There was even a personalized welcome message on the tv monitor. I slept very well in a room on one of the upper floors. A nice varied Breakfast was available in a decent sized open room. Free Wifi offered in the room and a business center is available at the ground level should you need to check in on emails. It is an Easy commute to and from the city. Short walk from the Metro station. Overall, it felt very welcoming to families, couples and individuals. I will visit again!

Very minor: The elevator had an odd scent and there was food spilled in it in the morning, but it was very likely from the breakfast crowd taking food back to their rooms or some guests with small children. I am sure it was quickly cleaned.

The location was excellent and the room was spacious. The staff was always nice and the grab and go section was very convenient.

Room was outdated and the furniture seemed a little dirty. The water pressure in the shower was so powerful that it was painful. Hot breakfast options were lacking (sandwiches heated in plastic bags) but the cereal and coffee selections were nice.

Breakfast it's American Style. Nothing special and a lot of garbage. We knew that and was ok for the time we were there. Shower was not really good but i didn't take the time to report it. Rooms furniture, doors, decoration are old but everything was functional and clean.

Very pleased with breakfast options served in a clean area with precautions in place to keep guest safe. I chose Marriott Residence primarily for location with easy access to Metro North and walking distance to downtown White Plains. My room was clean and spacious but lacked a few things such as hand soap in bathroom and coffee. I know that Housekeeping is limited at this time but these minor details are important to most guests. I look forward to returning to White Plains and would stay at the Marriott on future visits.

Staff is just fantastic, calm, professional, kind. Building is clearly a conversion from residential, so it’s more solid, better finishes, huge rooms. Nicest Residence Inn we’ve ever encountered.

It was very spacious and clean. Beautiful to the eye and quiet so id highly recommend to anyone visiting the white plains area.

The only thing I didnt like was the down stairs lobby attendants was slow to come out of there office. I had to stay there in the front for almost 5 minutes in order to get help.

Feel myself comfortable just like home was surprised don’t have to ask for extra towels or pillow everything was enough and extra . Room nice a lot of space with a kitchen . Excellent for a family stay . And very quiet witch was very important to me .

Great proximity to the event (Westminster Dog Show) we were attending. Great area to walk around White Plains, NY and experience the city and restaurants. My Australian Terrier did win Best of Opposite Sex (2nd Place) in the Australian Terrier Breed competition. Totally due to having a relaxed experience here at the hotel.

From the momemt you walk in this hotel it is very inviting. Super clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. Walkable to mall, restaurants and train station.
