The place is quiet and the staff are very respectful and helpful and help you, and I mention the respected (Pauline) and (lalrista) the reception staff and their cooperation and speed in registration, and we do not forget the others, they are thankful .. 💐💐

The lighting of the rooms is not bad, but it needs stronger lighting, and the gym needs more equipment, and this is what I touched from those I knew in the gym. It is preferable that there be a security presence in the back parking..Thank you

I have children so appreciated it was clean. And most staff was nice.

There was an incident with the fire alarm system, we walked outside and waited to get instructions. One firefighter told us, it was false alarm and that it was safe to go back inside, so we did. While waiting for further instructions another firefighter comes in with what seemed to be a manager. He addressed us with a bad attitude and said he had told us to stay outside but he didn’t. He was condescending and rude. Before all this happened we were waiting to be let into the pool area, of course we didn’t get to go in because the lifeguard decided to take his hour lunch after the whole alarm fiasco. Our kids were disappointed.

it’s very elegant and clean. the young woman who checked us in was great and gave good advice about what time to leave to get to our party. USB Chargers helpful. nice looking pool area.

towels were in the closet. Haf to search for them. lighting in the bathroom was awful!!!! one warm and one cool lamp on either side of the mirror. horribly dim while trying to put on makeup and get ready for retirement party. no vent. in the morning a very loud woman was at the front desk yakking it up with another employee. the continental breakfast was ok. the coffee was disgusting. we couldn’t drink it. no amount of the fake creamer lightened it. gross.

I was there as a loved one was in Westchester Medical Center. This hotel is only two miles away so it made it very convenient for me to go and visit and get back without a long trip so a good location for me. The hotel was very clean, the room, the common areas, everywhere. That is very important to me. The breakfast was very good and made it an easy start to the day. Every single member of the staff that I encountered was super friendly and helpful. My trip was not for a fun reason but I was very impressed with how this hotel was run. If all in this chain are like this I would stay in any of their hotels. I usually find something wrong but not this time!

Breakfast was really good, and the lobby area very pleasant. I really appreciated that the televisions were not tuned to Fox News.

The air conditioning was kind of erratic. Controlled from a wall thermostat, it was either on and blowing very cold and pretty loud (not a bad thing) or off, and the switching on and off made it hard to sleep sometimes. Also, every single door in the hall stuck and slammed. The doors should be planed or something so they don't have to be closed so loudly.

The service was good. The location of excellent. The building was very neat and clean and desk service was good.

The only negative point was smelly washroom. I complained also , but there was always a bad urine smell in washroom. The washroom floor was not fully clean. With the exception of washroom, rest everything was superb. The elevator in main entrance lobby with reception desk did not lead to 2nd and 3rd floor directly. This was not understandable and appears to be bad design.

Definitely worth the $!!! The price and availability were amazing, right around the block from westchester medical!! If you are looking for family friendly, clean, nice staff, a pool, and they serve a decent breakfast… with that said if you want to not be disturbed by anyone from a young basketball team on floors above you, or rambunctious young/middle aged men hooting occasionally… you may want to call before booking!! Because it’s a great place to stay, I welcomed the safety and security of the atmosphere and noise!! If I was a young teenager having a basketball tournament and got to stay at a hotel… oh boy, although I’ve gotta hand it to chaperones, parents and coaches, they weren’t that bad and great kids ultimately!!! Once I found out it was a whole team and not just a cpl extremely “busy” kids😬🤷‍♀️😅 Definitely plan on staying again, if I need to return to area!!

Clean, quiet (except the fire alarm set off by a guest at 11:45 PM), and very central to our destination. All good. The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The employee named "Irene" was excellent in welcoming us and orienting us to our surroundings. She had a friendly demeanor and was always willing to answer our questions.

We liked everything.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Your cleaning staff was diligent without becoming intrusive, so I always felt comfortable in the room.

The only problem I encountered during my stay involved parking. There were a number of trucks in the parking area which took up multiple spaces and I needed to park fairly far from the entrance because of this. However, it was only a minor inconvenience.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. The breakfast was complete and very good, with long hours. Staff were quite accommodating for requests (eg late check-out). Hotel location was easy to reach, but there was little in the way of services in the immediate area (restaurants, pharmacies, retail stores, gas stations).

I find the lack of daily housekeeping to be a problem. Room rates have gone up quite a bit, but the lack of daily housekeeping improves your bottom line at the expense of customer needs/wants.
