This is a lovely, quirky boutique hotel that had a huge, surprise sundeck just off of our spacious room. The fact that we were able to catch some 'rays' on an unexpectedly sunny afternoon was delightful. Their restaurant across the street was fantastic and the free breakfast in the diner downstairs was excellent. The hotel was a bit pricy, but we thought it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay there again. Oh, and as we were visiting friends in Sag Harbor almost every day, taking the 2 ferries from Greenport was a breeze.

We left our room really late one day and they neglected to make up the room even though we left the Make up Room sign in place. Also, we could not figure out how to use the giant jacuzzi They have room service!!!

We stayed for 2 nights and The room was spacious enough for a couple. Our room was on the top floor which was nice and quiet. And the room was pretty sound proof which I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was solid. You had it served like if you were in a restaurant which is known in Europe. We had eggs anyway you want, bacon, toast and fried potatoes. The coffee was on point and their house lemonade I must say delicious. The hotel was the perfect location for the main part of Greenport. We parked our car in the back which makes things really easy. Mia and Sinan, and Cem were lovely amazing hosts. You have great staff tending to the establishment. It’s a definite must stay if anyone is looking to discover North Fork to stay in this boutique hotel but do try to book in advance for the better pricing.

Such a wonderful experience staying at Zey hotel for the weekend. A true GEM that just opened its doors on Main Street, with everything Greenpoint has to offer in close proximity. We fell completely in love with our suite. Not only did it resemble an actual apartment, but the contemporary decoration and amenities made it even more enjoyable. Clean, cozy and with our very own porch, it was hard to leave the hotel!!! Mia, the manager was AWESOME! Definitely enhanced our experience with her kindness and assertiveness. Looking forward to going back to Greenport and staying at Zey. Would recommend without a doubt!

The young lady running everything was exceptional, Mia. She made us feel like we were a guest in her home. She was warm, sweet and extremely accommodating. The rest of the staff was the same.

Can't say much in the way of criticism except that a little TLC needs to go into the place as a whole. We are realest, and understand that this was the first weekend under new ownership. I'm sure many good things are to come based on the staff's attitude and work ethic.

This hotel is really delightful. It’s modern, comfortable, roomy and stylish. The location is perfect. Staff is friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

It’s a new hotel and still has some kinks that need to be worked out. They need to figure out how to align their hotel rate with that booked at booking.com. The included breakfast certainly needs an upgrade as well. The breakfast consisted of (initially cold) coffee and danishes, which is fine, but not what we expected. It’s also pretty expensive, but maybe that’s just to be expected in Greenport.

Mia is a consummate professional. Before I stayed at the hotel I called same day to see if I can get an earlier check-in and she was very pleasant and accommodated my request. She also was working across the street at the restaurant. Other staff members were very friendly as well and kind. I would definitely be back again and look forward to it. We had a nice conversation and she is a star!!

Please provide bathroom plastic cups for guests. Not that this is bad, just a suggestion.

Great location and comparatively good price. I was expecting a hot breakfast but the pastries were delicious. The room was very comfortable. You’ve done a fabulous job with the renovation.

Breakfast wasn’t out till 9. I went to dining room at 7:30 and there wasn’t even coffee made! It was a nasty, rainy weekend and the hotel was cold. I had to wear my coat. However, my room heated up nicely. I just realized I left a white shirt and no one contacted me.

The staff were all beyond amazing and sought to make our stay beyond perfect. They wanted to do everything for us and made us feel really comfortable and cared for. A memorable and amazing experience.

We were offered a room upgrade to an amazing room but sadly the air conditioner wasn’t functioning properly but they offered us another room that was also an upgrade from our original room. Otherwise, I had no complaints or dislikes.

Beautiful, atmospheric hotel. We had a beautiful shared balcony/backyard patio as well. Very kind and helpful staff. Altogether very stylish and comfy hotel with great central location at the historic Greenport center.

We enjoyed our stay very well. However, at breakfast there could be a few more vegetarian/vegan options and plant-based milk (e.g. oatmilk) that is meant to be used with coffee.

Was told to call once we reached the front desk, the receptionist was quick to answer call and quick to get to front desk. Taken to room and was surprised that we were upgraded to king room with a deck- pleasant surprise! The complimentary breakfast was excellent- eggs, bacon, toast, and home fries, all very delicious. Nice location with walking distance to all. Highly recommend!
