This was my 3rd stay in the past 3 years. I love the new remodel (especially the floors without the carpeting. Feels much cleaner…) I like red/ white color scheme in the rooms, too…both the office and cleaning staff were super nice and friendly. It was also nice meeting and socializing with the other guests. The place had a very family/ friendly vibe.

…as soon as we got in we noticed that our air conditioners were filthy. We had to hand clean the vents and filters…we were also missing a remote for our 2nd TV (which I asked for but never recieved)

I am so glad I chose the colonel Williams resort ..I was very pleasantly surprised and everything exceeded my expectations I am so glad I did not list n to the negative reviews the owners are making a lot of positive advanc n nrs to this place and it's perfect for family...staff was great...tha k you for making our family vacation perfect

Mattresses...were form not bad by any means just not our own bed...but if you like a firm mattress its awesome

The outdoor pool looked lovely, but the weather was too cool for us to use it. We were only at Colonel Williams for one night, but we had stayed before and would stay again if we are in the area. We also appreciated being able to check in early since the room had already been cleaned.

There were no hangars in the room so we draped our clothes over the section where hangars belong. It would also be nice to have a bedside reading lamp.

Loved the cleanliness and friendly staff, great facilities pool, playground, lovely area to sit and enjoy the sunset too. Very close to town and all types of activities.

I have but one complaint... THE BED WAS A MISERABLE UNCOMFORTABLE LUMPY AND BUMPY DISASTER. I've never encountered this issue EVER when traveling.....was up and down all night and back was hurting by the time I checked out..... really made the trip kinda suck , but now I know to ask for a room with a comfortable mattress 😮‍💨

The size of the room was perfect for my group. Visited the indoor pool area and there was also a hot tub and sauna inside the area. We were in a suite so there were two bedrooms, a bathroom between rooms, and a kitchenette area. The A/C worked in both rooms and there was a front and back patio. The staff checking in and out were very informative and nice.

Deadbolt in room didn't work

We loved the open grass area outside of our patio for my granddaughter. It was adjacent to the pool also. Clean suite with wood flooring. The pool was clean and spacious and had a nice view of the mountains.

The playground was run down , my granddaughter didn’t seem too interested in it . The WiFi was horrible. The TVs are Roku so you need to be able to connect to the internet. We weren’t able to watch TV when going to bed or able to watch the laptop we brought for my granddaughter .

Adorable motel. Very spacious property. Staff was courteous and friendly. The outdoor pool was awesome and had a kiddie pool attached. The kids loved the playground.

I did notice some things could have been cleaned more thoroughly, such as the floors and the seams of furniture.

I liked how the pool hours weren’t strict. I liked how everyone was very friendly. My toddler loved the nice playground that is there definitely needs tlc.

No free breakfast. That’s always nice to have. The beautiful playground needs to get some tlc. It’s very nice and my toddler still loved it! Hours to be later for the pools even if it’s the outdoor one.

It was very clean . The pool was great . quiet and great location.

Each year, we rent 3 suites for our family. The staff is amazing and always accommodating. The rooms are perfect and they always put the rooms next to one another so we can all stay as a family. The grandchildren have such a great time here, running between our 3 rooms. It's close to everything we want to do but far enough from busy downtown. We look so forward to our vacations here and will not stay anywhere else.
