Upon arrival greeted by friendly staff and a warm welcoming environment. Once in the room found it to be a great size (King with sofa bed). Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Free breakfast was great and had a large selection of different foods. Staff again very friendly and willing to get you anything you needed. Loved that they had coffee available the entire day as well. This will be our new place to stay when we go to Lake George. I will also look for Hampton Inn and Suites whenever we travel.

The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was actually too hot, I know, it supposed to be. But this was on a different level of hot.

An excellent hotel with good service, a short drive from downtown Lake George and the public beach. Facilities were beautiful and the staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet very good, with many choices. For dinner we found an excellent restaurant a short drive away, TR's Restaurant.

We traveled with our dog and when booking may have overlooked the fact that this hotel charges a substantial fee of $75 per animal. Yet, the total price including room was still good value.

I had an issue with checking out and the price I was quoted thru a 3rd party and what I was charged were 2 different prices. That has never ever happened to me. Although the girl was nice it was not our deal take it up with 3rd party. Is how I felt was implied. I booked thru a 3rd party because the company doesn't price match. It's 70 dollars I would have taken that in future points anything. So last day of trip left alittle sour note. I will stay at a hampton or a Hilton it just could have been handled better on all sides.

The staff are amazing and accommodating! I liked the fact that the quality of coffee was great and is available throughout out the day. Including tea.

It was 3 of us. They should have a sofa in each room. My son had to sleep on the floor because they didn’t have the room with sofa available.

We love the outdor facilities, also that is pet friendly, coffe and tea all day and the breakfast was so good

Even is not near of the lake, we like the privacy of the hotel so if you are looking for a getaway from noise this is the right place , the only think we didn't love was the view of my room , next time I'll chek the room options before booking 😀 😉

Spots for our dog to go potty and had poop bags and trash can just for the dogs

We had about 20+ children running around the entire hotel for the last two days of our stay. They broke the elevator button and were running and playing hockey in the halls which made my dog very anxious hearing all the noise.

The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and caring. The included breakfast is really very very very good! It’s pretty good for bringing your pet except some of the hallways are a little tight. The areas where you can walk your dog are spacious, and they have an evening firepit.

The rooms need to be updated. The hallways need to be a little wider for where you stay with dogs just in case two dogs are passing eachother and one is not dog friendly.

Loved the pool and hot tub Beds were very comfortable free Breakfast had a lot if choices and woman working there kept it full and clean

Only complaint just to have one would be shower pressure was awful and very dark in the bathroom

Hotel was perfect for our needs. Right near everything we needed to be close to. Very pleasant stay. Room was very big and came with a couch bed. Breakfast was great, too with plenty to choose from.

I liked everything except the light fixture in the foyer when you enter was hanging on it's last leg and worried it would crash while we were sleeping.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to be able to go downstairs and get breakfast and coffee in the morning. The best part was it was pet friendly so we didn’t have to leave our dog home.

No outdoor pool and the jacuzzi was broken but they were working on the repairs
