The price was great especially for the time of year and location. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and this motel was very close to the village within walking distance. The owner was really nice and went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived earlier than check-in time. The other guests at the motel pool were so friendly and personable that it made our trip even more fun.

There really isn't anything I didn't like about the place. The only thing I guess is that the room was small but you're really only in your room to sleep. It was big enough for me and my husband. I would just keep this in mind if you like a large room.

Being right on town but just far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the 4th of July hoorah!

I really enjoyed the property including the pool, the only difficulty we had had was having to be changed rooms due to one of the refrigerators having had food and no longer functioning (leaking). The manager made it a very easy process and was receptive, friendly and accommodating to the scenario!

From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, this place was AMAZING. The staff was absolutely incredible. Anything and all my questions were answered. Where to eat. Best place for ice cream. Activities to do. It was like having family from the area. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the towels were fresh. The water pressure was even perfect. My car was left in the parking lot and I never had to worry about it. The trash was taken out daily and there was always someone cleaning in the morning. The coffee in the lobby was made daily and the super sweet office people always greeted you with a smile.

I was super sad that I had to leave. I wished I had planned additional days.

I have stayed here for years. but In 2022 I stayed just a week ago and booked again for this particular trip because it was sooo good. Everything is top shelf I have been coming to Lake George for 25 years and stay at hotels an average of 6 -10 time s per year. in the past years ,I think I have stayed in every possible motel located in Lake George.This one is the best price , best location and nicest people working there. I have several more trips planned in 2022 (SUMMER) and plan on staying all the times I want to point out especially the Check in staff.

The location was close to everything in walking distance. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff are absolutely fantastic 👏 👌 😀 Very friendly and always there if you need anything! I would definitely go back

The mattress. I suffer from lower back pain and a soft mattress is not good for me even though they are comfortable. I need a firm one

Requested room away from traffic, got it! Location of Howard Johnson by Wyndham Lake George was less than a block away from the heart of the village. Second time staying, and we were accommodated perfectly. We will always choose this venue first.

Nothing worth a comment. Way better than our previous stay there and key to how much my fiance and I enjoyed this trip.

The location was wonderful. Right next to a bar and grill. My fiancé and I enjoyed a full day in the area, then we were able to go back to the hotel, put all of our stuff down, and walk right next door for dinner and drinks.

The shower floor was a little dingy from use, and a little bleach scrub wouldn't hurt it. But, the facility smelled and looked clean. Not a whole lot I would change.

Location is the main reason we stay here at this hotel. I like it because it is clean and front desk was personable and let us know we could check in after lunch as we were a very early arrival. My third stay here and we will be back.

Anything can be better but for the value it was great for our stay to play in Lake George.

Great room, looked recently remodeled. the location is literally perfect it is in the center of everything at lake George. Everything is no more than a 5-7 min walk from you’re room. no need to drive anywhere and pay for parking with this places location.

only issue we had was a toilet that would constantly run after flushing. Minor issue but became annoying. odds it it was localized to our room.

Great location-walking minutes from the heart of Canada Street Shops and Restaurants- have stayed here a few times this year.

The room has been redone in "trendy" style- hence, while there is a chair, desk chair and desk, the chairs lack comfort after a day sightseeing.
