Holiday Inn Resort Lake George, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was 5 stars. Buffet style but not like your average hotel food. One morning was sausage gravy and biscuits. So good! Whose ever cooking should be proud. I loved all the activities for the kids. The movie night is awesome. I didn't go but the apps and drinks for adults was a cool idea. Relaxing fun environment. Great location.

Don't like complaining. But the outside pool is alittle small for how many guest stay. I would say no footballs etc in pool. Bigger movie screen. More chairs by the pool. Lights on the porches. A fan in the bathroom.

Pool was fantastic, all games around the pool was wonderful, I myself enjoyed Shuffleboard, indoor pool, gym, Enjoyed the buffet for breakfast, delightfull dinners and of coarse the Jacuzzi ! Also the performance of the Hairdresser play was absolutely hilarious, This Holliday Inn thought of everything!!! Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay !

All hand sanitizer stations were empty, and I do mean ALL ! the Shuffle board pad needs work ! the crease on the slab is cracked, causing the disk to flop in air, not making it to the scoring section !

Friendly staff that make you feel very welcomed. We have stayed here multiple times. Clean as always room was very nice. Kids loved the pool and sauna also the hottub and game room. Highly recommended for anyone we will definitely be back again to stay .

The hotel was modern and clean. Parking was ample. The location was close to many activities. TR's restaurant was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. Good food at reasonable prices. The household and maintainence staff were courteous and pleasant to talk to. The gentleman staff member working breakfast and the young woman working dinner were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel welcome.

Two women at the front desk were a disappointment from the moment we checked in. We have traveled worldwide. At each hotel location, we were pleasantly welcomed. And, we were greeted every time we passed the front desk. This didn't happen here.

I love the pools! The outside pool, inside pool and other outdoor games for the family are awesome. The food at the restaurant was also very good. There were also special events that were organized for the guests like food samples, drinks by the pool, and ice cream for the kids. All of this was complimentary for you being a guest there, which was very nice.

I have stayed here before and I felt like the room wasn't as clean. I saw some mold on the sink and I had to call the front desk often to fix things. I also had to ask to get my room cleaned and towels replenished. This is not usual for this hotel as I have had great experiences in the past. However, since the cost of the rooms are pricey, this should never be an issue.

A rocky start as employees had my name booked wrong and told me I had no accommodations reserved. It was resolved after I had to prove my reservation. It was all ok after that. We love this hotel. We bring our grandchildren every year. I think we may even book our vacation there next July (just the two of us) instead of the Courtyard Marriott. Very relaxing, great location and fun for everyone.

I can't really complain about anything.

Many play areas for kids, on-site restaurant was very good and kids eat free! Walking distance to everything in lake George village. Very clean well kept property. Would definitely stay again.

Wish you could make a reservation for the same week next year at checkout. Was told had to call two weeks after checking out. Also the thermostat in the room kept defaulting to 82*, woke up one morning in an oven.

The hotel was much more than I expected! It was truly a resort! The restaurant was clean, good food, and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful. All employees were so knowledgeable and friendly even the boys at the valet! I loved the coffee station set up in the morning, it was so convenient. The firepit at night was also great to unwind from the day. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel. I have been going to Lake George for the past 10 years and have always stayed more downtown. This hotel and room 303 was simply the best and added immensely to the fun on our trip this year!

I did not use the break fast. Was not aware of breakfastThe water in the pool needs to have some heat besides the hot tub and sauna. Needs to have some life jackets for kids under 10 years old. Went to some of the stores close by to purchase some life jackets but they were out. very clean pool.

I wish you there was some information that there is a pool available before getting there. I would have walked with the proper clothing for the pool for me, wife and children. Had to spend extra money to buy clothes. Could have walked with life jackets for my children if there were any indication of a pool.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful and friendly. From the front desk, grounds keeper and resturant staff, everyone was a pure joy. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The location is wonderful, very close to Lake George (across the street) we were able to see the lake and mountain views from our balcony. Rooms were very clean. We stayed in a family room which comfortably accommodated my family of 5. Pool are was very clean. I appreciated the hot tub being outside vs indoors. Needless to say this will be our hotel of choice when we are staying in the Lake George area.

Bathroom door wasn't ideal. It was a sliding door with no lock, I found it tricky to getting it to stay closed.
