The location was excellent. Right on the lake. Private beach and heated outdoor pool were great amenities. Lots of outdoor spaces to hang around and take in the view. They had a restaurant on site for brunch which was nice, did not need to leave the property.

The room itself was outdated. Cosmetic nitpicking but worth mentioning: our doorframe had a slight gap which was concerning and led us questioning if the door was actually shutting completely. The only sink in the room was clogged. The TV in the room had terrible picture quality due to a dark screen. There was no way to fix it even with a remote control.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our car was also parked near our room. My kids enjoyed the pool even though weather wasn’t great and it was a cold day. The pool was great for them and lots of towels.

The access to pool from where we were was a bit out the way but that’s nothing. Everything was fine. I booked day of and am grateful because the room was surprisingly clean and comfortable! Love the bathroom! Check in staff is very helpful and good. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. Really appreciate the complimentary canoe rental on the lake. You guys are amazing.

Facilities were immaculate, room as well as the parking lot to the beach. Perfect location. Plenty of things to do. Walking distance to all. House keeping was efficient and friendly. Really loved this place, our first trip here.

Had to call front desk twice for the smoke alarm. Kept us up for 2 nights. First time was to change battery, then had to replace the entire unit. Also, the noisy neighbors. Talking loudly, kids screaming, slamming doors. Should try to enforce quiet time. Perhaps between 11pm -7 am? Need more parking.

Liked the Cabana Bar restaurant, very convenient and had great drinks (Miami Vice was my favorite). Loved the water sports available on premises, and close proximity to village.

We never got to eat at the Hamilton because it was closed for various reasons during our stay. The parking situation could be better, the off site parking lot was so far away with no means of getting back to the resort. A second car should be allowed for 2-bedroom units, can’t keep shuttling people back and forth when the lot is 1.9 miles away.

Great location. We loved the rentals for the lake.

when I checked in they couldn't find reservation, ( new person on ) the mgr looked she coudn't find it either, told me to step aside while they handled other guests as she had to look in the back. Retook my info address, phone number etc in front of other guests( when she had time to finally help me) I didn't appreciate giving this info out, and then she find my reservation when she looked in the pile again. Did not like being treated like this. so non professional.

We liked how close it is to town and our room being right on the beach. Twice we needed maint. and they were there in less than 10 minutes both times. Very happy with stay.

Only negatives were how far we had to carry our stuff to get to room because there is no parking close to our room (302) and the last 2 nights when we got back to our room it smelled like someone had been smoking weed right in our room and we have to young kids.

The most comfortable bed and room I have ever stayed in.

We were up charged $25 for amenities that are clearly not offered on the off season. Plus the ice machine was not in operation. There were people as myself on the property that would have appreciated chairs and fire pits by the water even thought it was cold out. It’s a beautiful lake all year round and we went there to enjoy it. No rooms were open by the lake at all. You could step things up a bit for people that enjoy winter in Lake George. That is why we went there in the winter.

The decode in the room was beautiful and room clean bed comfortable. So unexpected as the outside of hotel looked like a 1960s motel but the bedroom (delux water facing exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately because we were there September 25 the hotel had closed a lot of facilities as end of season so there was no breakfast on site we had to go into town to get breakfast and ate at another hotel called Fort William Henry. Likewise the boats were not available for use either. But room was very beautiful and clean and pool heated to 82f and children loved to play area so we had a very nice time.

I didn’t get given a map to find our room when we arrived late (9pm) and spent a long time trying to find our room in the dark with small children and heavy bags. I didn’t like that the kayaks and other peddle boats were not available for use as it was “out of season” it was September 25 its hardly winter. The room was beautiful and clean but the concrete walkways was very scruffy and dirty it gave an initial bad impression if the concrete was just painted white it would improve the walk ways greatly. Would really have liked breakfast on site how hard would it have been to provide frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches to microwave and juice box we only had a morning to enjoy the pool and fishing/play area and we spent most of it looking for breakfast venue.

Loved there was breakfast in morning available but 8 was very late for me to wait i’m an early riser. Loved the top bar and the fact you really didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to!!! We rode our motorcycle from NH and we will see you next summer!!

We stayed in room 720 and noticed it seemed to be the oldest of all the building. We used the back stairs a lot and it seemed soft in a lot of spots. But would like next year to stay in a new building.
