Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Lake George

Staff was friendly, we were there on a small trip for our honeymoon. I booked a queen size bed in a normal room. When we got there they surprised us with an upgrade to a king size with a jacuzzi tub. To us the kindness and comfort may seem trivial to some people but was enjoyable and heartfelt to us. It was quite even though we were right next to the playground and families were BBQing. We really didn't hear anything. Walking out of the parking lot we were across from the lake. And on the strip that had all the shopping and restaurants.

Microwave being down the hall... But at least it had one so, not to disappointed.

I recently had an amazing hotel stay that I would rate a 10/10. The hotel was located in a beautiful area with nice views and the room was nice and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were great and I felt completely happy during my stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that met my expectations in every way.

The only problem that I had was when I was watching tv. While watching tv I had tried to switch channels but it went into analog mode, but when I went to talk to the front desk they were right on it. They fixed the issue right away.

The well maintained grey and white buildings were athletically pleasing with nice touches of fall decor. Rooms and facilities were neat and clean. This is a family owned and operated business, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. Everything you could want was just a short drive or walk away.

What's not to like? Could not have picked a better place to stay. Wish I was in a room a little closer to the enclosed pool. It was so soothing to take an evening swim, but it was freezing going back to my room.

This was by far the cleanest Inn we have ever stayed in. Beautiful Rooms, very clean and shiny bathroom with tub/shower. 2 Queen beds with soft comfortable sheets, refrigerator and large closet and 6 drawer dresser. Carpeted floor and tile bathroom. Employees were all very friendly and accommodating. They even clean the chairs outside the rooms and were scrubbing the doors and sweeping outside stairs on arrival. Nice clean heated pool that was enclosed. We will stay here again.

Nothing to dislike here.

I liked the combination of peace and quiet and entertainment during the summer and that I could walk to the beach whenever I wanted from my Inn.

As a vegetarian, I wish there were more variety of foods……I found it very meat oriented and the supermarket didn’t really carry foods that I like ….protein drinks, organic fruit. It was all right f a week.

This was a beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe two room suite, so my me, my partner and my parents could have privacy and have an extra bed for our daughter. Let me start by saying, 2 bathrooms! Great for when everyone is bustling around and getting ready in the morning. The place was absolutely sparkling spotless. We were right across from the pool, which is enclosed in a greenhouse type building. The pool was warm and very fun and the enclosure made in warm to get in and out. Everything was so close, we could the playground, pool and grill area from our front door and balcony. The balcony was awesome. Location was about a 5 minute walk to the strip so I didn't have to drive anywhere. Super awesome. Also, friendly staff!!

There really wasn't much I didn't like! I wanted to find a place actually on the beach but this was just as nice. The walk to the beach was less than 20 minutes.

The room was nice and clean! It was perfect for our stay, had air conditioning and all. Wi-Fi was a little slow but besides that I would recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again in the future. I really like the location especially with little ones because it was at the quieter end of the strip. Staff was friendly, we even forgot something valuable and important they called to let us know asap!

What I liked best was the Location it was close to many attractions. Such as Lake George village, shepherd's park, and many eateries and family activities. All within a 5 minute walk from the Inn.

What I did not like was the Wi-Fi in which I could not get any internet at all? It was also unfortunate that an iron, an ironing board was not part of the amenities of the rooms.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked. The covered pool and fire pit are great features.

This is minor, but the air conditioner's cover came off when changing the setting. We were able to put it back on but not as secure as it was supposed to be. We told staff when we were leaving and the person was apologetic.

I liked the room we stayed in very clean and sanitized When we ask for larger towels receive them very quickly . It was close to where we ate and walking was a short distance to all of down town They Had recycling and a pool that was enclosed But too busy for trying it out Maybe next time

Nothing was a problem I enjoyed my stay very much I like when I was online and ask for a ground floor room They were very Quick to email me back that they arrange with no problems They are A +
