The Lodges at Cresthaven

Beautiful view of the lake. Everything was clean and well kept. People in office were friendly. It was a special weekend for us since we got engaged, Could not of been happier that I chose your resort for it. The location was so convenient for everything. Very happy. Was considering coming back for a summer stay of maybe four nights but cost for two bedroom suite to bring the kids was pretty insane, we felt of $1,400 a night and that is just for the room. If you get that for the summer good for you but we could go to the Caribbean for 7 nights all inclusive for cheaper. That was disappointing and we’re not going to pay that.

the staff could have been a bit more helpful with helping us book a reservation for dinner as we were driving there and tried to call but had no reception. the person answering the booking message just kept telling us to call and make the reso even when I said we had no reception. otherwise lovely stay.

The grounds are beautiful! The gardens, beach, cabins, and pool is just gorgeous. I love that you don’t have to go anywhere else if you don’t want to. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! It’s a great place for families with small kids! My kids bounce around from the park, to the pool, and then to the beach. We all had such a wonderful time!

Location was great, right outside of Lake George. The friendliness of the staff (the grounds keeps) were amazing! Super nice and helpful and very friendly. Will be staying here again same time next year.

The room was clean and beautiful and we had a wonderful view.

We would have liked more resources such as restaurants in the area or places for breakfast.

This is the 3rd year my fiancè & I have stayed in the Oak Tree Lodge. We love how cozy the room is and the beautiful views of the Lake. We come up here to rest & relax and love every minute of it! Will not stay anywhere else!!

We stayed in Oak Tree Lodge 48. The only disappointment was we didnt get a good nights sleep. The mattress in the master bedroom might need a replacement.

I have nothing negative to say. after staying in many different places every year to celebrate our anniversary, my husband and I will continue to go to Cresthaven from now on

The room was amazing and the location was great. It was great place to stay. We will most likely book it in the future.

The jets on our jetted tub weren't clean. And we had to take care of our garbage

The view is incredible, the one bedroom apartment was fully equipped, including washer and dryer, dish washer. The resorts had scheduled activities every day ( kids yoga, puppet show, carnival, etc) Wonderful place to stay!

No Wi-fi most of our stay.

Location was great. View was perfect. Check in and check out easy. Front desk person, Ian, very welcoming and helpful.

There were no plates or silverware in the room, but there were cups,glasses, and a coffee maker. So, eating in the room was barely possible. Hair blow dryer barely worked. There were no grab bars or handles to get in and out of the shower/tub.
