It was well kept, spacious, and comfortable. Check in/our was fast. There was a nice breakfast/cereal bar with juices, coffee, and tea. The individually wrapped pound cake was perfect for the road.

Airport hotel, it’s never a destination, but it was a good place to stay.

The airport shuttle runs 24/7 and picked us up quickly from the airport after an exhausting flight from Rome. There is a comfy lounge in the lobby by reception with all kinds of tea and coffee and nice sofas to wait to get checked in. The room was spacious with AC blowing hard and cool. Great beds with fluffy pillows and a fridge. The lady at the front desk provided menus from nearby restaurants so we could order out. And shuttle left right on time in the morning as well. Very brief stay but very nice. The hallways to the rooms are carpeted and lines with pretty lights. There is a spare lounge too Room was quiet and cool

I loved the convenience and friendliness of the shuttle drivers and check in staff. The coffee and tea upon arrival was appreciated. The room had adequate amenities and comfortable.I would come back.

I would have appreciated a kettle in my room even if there was not tea and coffee in the room. I would have also liked some bottles of water. The lighting was very low so thankfully I was not reading or working for an extended period.

I love the convenience of the Hotel in close range to the airport. The breakfast was alright. The place was clean and quiet.

As first traveling to New York the shuttle bus was difficult to find, I had to navigate my way by contacting the office, thank goodness my phone was on roaming The breakfast could be more health friendly, it did not cater for diabetics, it was too sweet. The bedroom met the expectation: clean, spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very simple, but good and I appreciated the compostable cutlery set. Their shuttle service to the airport is very convenient and it was on time on the way to the airport.

I had to wait for one hour the shuttle from the airport. Then instead of taking me to the hotel, we had to wait for another 20 minutes for a passenger that never showed up. Not the driver's fault, as every time he tried to call the hotel to have the permission to leave the airport, they answered "be patient". The driver, indeed, was very nice and patient. The price! I understand that it's within the standard range for the convenience of being close to JFK, but it is very expensive nonetheless.

I didnt expect much from this hotel from the outside but from the moment I walked in the door of the hotel I was greeted by the staff. They were friendly and helpful. I have twins infants and the room was spacious enough for me to put up a bassinet. The front desk noticed my twins and asked me if I needed a crib. The hallways were clean a d the room was clean. The only issue I had was my key keep timing out everyday and it was annoying going to my room and then having to go back downstairs to get a new key. The hotel was located near shopping area and food for convenience. The location was perfect for me because the belt parkway was very close and I was able to get everywhere I needed quickly. OP

Great place to stay when having a layover, the accommodation offers free shuttle going every 30-60 minutes more or less which was very convenient. We were flying in the evening the next day and the hotel let us leave our luggage (4 suitcases) till our shuttle was ready at around 5 pm which was very helpful and we could do some shopping nearby in the meantime. Small breakfast and 24/7 coffee and juice was included, the room was clean and the services were decent overall.

Not much really, after the initial hiccup with our booking which they could find on the system (and were quite adamant it is not there even though it was) I have to say it fulfilled my expectations and I would for sure recommend this to anyone especially when having a layover.
