Quiet,clean, and new room. It felt like home.

No dinner options on site. I had to either go out or have dinner delivered.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was very good and the staff working in the area was friendly and helpful. The food was constantly stocked despite the large number of guests. The room I was in was very clean and comfortable, and if I had any questions, the girls working at the desk(s) were always willing to help.

The smoke detector in the room kept flashing a green light while I was trying to sleep. I'm an unfortunately light sleeper so it did make things a little uncomfortable, but you can't help how some detectors are manufactured so I don't blame the hotel for that.

Comfortable shuttle service with warm and friendly staff upon check in. Rooms are quite spacious - comfortable beds, nice television and great kitchenette in the room. A fairly decent gym downstairs - better than what I've experienced at other hotels.

Presumably based on demand, there is no dinner service at the restaurant so have to order through food delivery service, takeaway or purchase microwave meals from the pantry at reception. This hotel looks designed for transiting travellers - there's little to do at the hotel or in the area.

This hotel was extremely beautiful and comfortable. From the moment I pulled up to the door in my vehicle I was greeted by staff. They were very professional. Kevin, who works the front desk during the evening hours was so personable and kind. The cleaning manager even introduced himself and was so nice, as well. The food staff came around to every guest offering breakfast smoothies, which were good. My partner and I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Suitable location if you look for a place near the JFK. The staff was incredibly friendly and ready to help. The room is well equipped - the microwave, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher. The breakfast was tasty. They have small store to buy snacks around the clock.

As for me, the room was overpriced a bit. Also I would add more fruits and vegetables for the breakfast. There is no restaurant to grab a meal after breakfast

Our flight from Cincinnati was delayed, so we missed our flight to Zurich that day. So we needed a place to sleep next to JFK to catch our flight the next day.

I was too tired to notice many things. I didn’t like the fact that breakfast ended at 9:00. That was too early for me and I missed it.

Room was perfect, sparkling clean, new furnishings, great shower, kitchenette, large bed. Mervis Anderson and her team were fabulous - arranging for windows to be opened and the room made perfume-free to accommodate my husband's asthma. Thank you so much!

Everything was great!

Exactly what I needed. A weather delay and missed connection meant a 15-hour layover, so the hotel was perfect for a good night’s sleep before my early flight. Since I would miss the free breakfast, the staff member at the desk made sure I had something to eat for the morning—very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Mark the guy at the check in was great. Awesome personality. The room was nice and clean. Kitchen microwave full fridge.

Parking at facility was like 50 bucks a night. But luckily found street parking. Wish they had a pool.

it was clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable.

my stay was great but my room didn’t have any mirrors. the room advertised was not the room was given to me. I been to different locations and never had a room so small with no mirrors and the shower doors were not great. it was cold In the room it only blew cool air.
