Upon arrival, the front desk representative was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and expedited my room check in. Other staff members from the front desk to cleaning to the restaurant were helpful, courteous and welcoming. What I liked the most is that the airport and other areas of interest are close to the hotel. The restaurant food was exceptional. Thank you all! See you all soon...

Parking is limited unless you pay to park in their tight parking area. I didn't mind paying knowing it was a secure lot with security cameras.

Convenient to the airport, excellent, friendly, helpful staff. The fitness center had decent-quality machines and weights. Breakfast was good - we booked the fare that included breakfast, which is a much better deal than paying out of pocket at their restaurant.

The temperature in the room was hard to control. It was very cold outside during our stay, but turning on the heat, even at a low temp, made the room feel like a sauna. The location is convenient to the airport, but the neighborhood does not feel super safe.

Location is great to JFK, staff super helpful, free shuttle a plus, quiet clean room with refrigerator, microwave, and iron. Free Showtime. Staff had menus for nearby restaurants that deliver which was extremely helpful. Tasty Taco was good food at an incredible reasonable price. This hotel will be my new "go to" when I have a layover in NYC. Very happy experience.

I had some problems with the shower adjustment, but housekeeping was quick to help me and very pleasant.

Liked the proximity to JKF airport. Liked that they had a restaurant in the lobby that was open late.

Wall thermostat really didn't control the a/c and we didn't discover how to manage the HVAC until halfway thru the night. Also, didn't appreciate that we could not get our Hilton Rewards points credited to our account because we didn't book the room directly through Hilton. Price was well over $300 and the room was nothing special.

The room was comfortable, and being that close to the airport is very convenient. The free airport shuttle definitely helps. The bed in my room was clean and the mattress not too firm or soft, felt pretty much just right for me. The rooms are well insulated for sound, I didn't hear anything while I was in my room. The staff was wonderful as well. For a one-night stay on an overnight layover, this was as good as I could've asked for.

There was some construction going on in the main hallway, it wasn't really that obstructive but with the ladders set up the way they were, navigating with my bags was hard. The overall location and area surrounding the property has some eyesores, but I guess the property can't really help if neighbors aren't maintaining their land. Price was a bit high for a one night stay. I guess you pay for the convenience of being this close to JFK.

Location. Very close to JFK and centrally located for my needs. The $30 per night parking fee is too high, especially when yo can't get a spot at times. But overall, it's a great hotel with a very professional staff.

A parking fee of $30 per night is very expensive, especially if you are there for five-plus days. This should be cut by half since the lot costs them nothing to maintain.

The superb customer service and welcomed received by the first point of contact "receptionist" was absolutely amazing. I don't remember her name but she was the one that checked me in on Saturday September 17,2022. I spoke with a guy on Monday morning and I am unsure if he was having a great morning but the energy wasn't reciprocated and the tone which he replied to me in was off. Nonetheless, I wont detract from the service received by the other persons of contact including the Housekeeping Manager from Long Island. Thank You!!!

I booked because it was close the airport. The shuttle drivers were great and very nice

Upon going back to our room, we stopped in the lounge for a cocktail. I ordered a glass of wine, and my spouse ordered a double whiskey. We were shocked when we went to pay, that it was over $50 for two drinks. Had we known, we would not have ordered. There was not a drink menu, or one offered to us, and no pricing shown anywhere.

We stayed at the hotel for 2nights and hound the staff to be really helpful and friendly

The bathroom was freezing as there was no heating in there. There was no shuttle bus from the airport and we were dropped off by another Hilton hotel driver who charged us. When we got to the hotel we were told we could have called them to arrange a car to pick us up. I had previously emailed Hilton regarding this he shuttle bus and was told that there was one.

Check in and out

I went down for food in the evening to take back to my room and it took ages because they forgot me. Breakfast was also very busy and nowhere to sit when I first went down, suggest staffing levels are not sufficient. At breakfast they had also run out of french toast / pancakes and waffles this really shouldn't happen when you know how many guests you have and there are things called freezers and fridges. Not sure if the room had been vacuumed as there were bits of food on the floor.
