We really love the comfortable beds, linen and the clean modern rooms

We were not able to book the early (5am) shuttle to the airport and so when we did arrive to catch the shuttle it was full. There was mild panic amongst the guests that couldn’t fit on - as trying to find a Uber in that area at that hour was not going to be easy or quick - but there was fortunately an extra bus in the area that was able to come and help. I think getting guests to book the shuttle would be a good idea as it will give a good indication of how much space is needed beforehand

I made two reservations back to back. Told to the lady at the front office that we would be leaving Niagara Falls and coming back. Still, when we came back they cleaned our room and moved our stuff to the lost and found, In plastic garbage bags. I did not like it at all, that they did not send an email or call, to see where we were. They said they did not know where we were. They did not see the next reservation. So they moved our stuff. And what about the payment I made? I paid for two days, to keep the room. They cleared the room. So I feel they need to refund the two days I did not have the room. My belongings were in the lost and found area. They put all the clothing that was in the room in a plastic garbage bag. Bad very bad This made me very angry

If it were possible to give 12 stars, I would What was supposed to be a short Mother's Day weekend jaunt with family for my 93-year-old aunt, turned into 7 days in a hospital after she fell within 2hrs of arrival. I will not name names as i run the risk of missing someone. FRONT DESK. TEAM Outstanding doesn't begin to describe the quality of care, compassion, and attention to detail from my first call to them to get 911 to the day that I left a week later. Sadly she spent the entire time in the hospital. MANAGEMENT TEAM We came for the mothers day weekend and had to extend our stay. What was already a stressful situation was alleviated when they agreed to adjust the rate for the extra days. I fully understand this is a business and no one has to do anything for you. WE ARE GRATEFUL for this generosity as every bit helps HOUSEKEEPING I spent my days at the hospital and coming back in the evening to a sparkling room, allowed me to decompress so I could do it all over again the next day. TEAM MARRIOTT JFK. You ROCK! My family will consider your hotel and the Residence Inn our home away from home. Hotel was beautiful, new, clean, modern. Beds were comfortable, definitely up to Marriotte's standards. Restaurant food was exceptional, the staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The two male staff that I encountered at the desk were absolutely fantastic, one in the evening and the other first thing in the morning at checkout (who don't need a friendly face greeting them in the wee hours of the morning).

The neighborhood and road the hotel was on, was not appealing. At check in the young lady was less than friendly. That's it!

everything was great my stay was short so the first impression is that nice place to stay hope I get to visit again and stay longer this time so I can get the true experience. would like to visit again

Hotel and room were beautiful and clean with a modern feel. Restaurant and lounge served tasty food and staff were friendly. The complimentary shuttle from JFK to the hotel was very helpful.

The restaurant does not have a liquor license, so they only served beer and wine. Parking fees are exorbitant; friends had to pay $35 just to have dinner at the hotel with us. Parking off-grounds is very difficult to get.

Pillows were amazing! Staff was exceptional! Chairs in conference room were cushy.

Restaurant not equipped to large groups all at once. We had multiple people who either didn't get food or had to rush to eat when we had over an hour to order get and eat. Also very rough driving through the neighborhood where it's located. Narrow streets lined with cars on both sides and locals don't slow down.

The property was new and well appointed rooms very sound proof. Breakfast very good and a restaurant where we could get dinner which was so very good. The staff was excellent and friendly and everyone concerned that you were enjoying your stay. Its location was good to get to the airport as the shuttle could use side streets and avoid the freeways for the most part.

Beautiful new modern hotel! Entrance and restaurant of the hotel are divine, rooms are clean and fresh and indeed close to the airport. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped me accurately and efficiently during check-in and at check-out.

For the high amount you pay a night, an included breakfast would have been preferable. Also the shower didn’t deliver as hot water as it should be.
