Very nice staff. Very accommodating for all our needs. The breakfast was more than what we were expecting.

I didn't know the hotel doesn't have refrigerators in all rooms. The hotel should consider that some guests have a medical need for the fridge. In our case i needed it to keep my insulin cold so it wouldn't spoil during my stay. Also half the hotel isn't elevator accessible. It's very hard for seniors to utilize steps to get to a guests room(especially with our luggages)

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately I tried the breakfast on my last morning of a 6 day stay. It was good none the less. Next time Im having it every morning.

The laundry room needs to be updated. Only one washer and dryer and they took forever to do the job. Other people were waiting for me to finished numerous times. They took a few dollars in coins but there is no coin changer machine so if you don’t have $5+ in coins you not doing laundry.

Breakfast was excellent every morning! Pool was great to have. Staff were exceptionally pleasant throughout our entire stay. The manager was friendly and proactive with all of the guests.

1. Some rooms on the second floor are not accessible by elevator. Assigning handicap persons to those rooms must be carefully avoided. This is a potentially serious issue. 2. Room only had 1 chair in it which was really inconvenient almost every day.

My first room was smaller and did not have a refrigerator, which is what I wanted, so I asked to either get one or move. I found out that only the interior rooms have refrigerators, and we moved that afternoon. Overall, our trip was nice, close to everything, and we had fun.

I think the exterior rooms should have options of refrigerator and microwave if requested. The only microwave was in the lobby. .

I loved my room. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly. The only issue was that the elevator was out. The morning I left, I had to carry my 2 heavy suitcases down 2 flights of stairs. They were waiting on parts for the elevator. I don't blame the hotel. I considered it an inconvenience.

Our room was 105 by the lobby. At 4:00 we heard employees in the lobby talking and it was echoing in our room for quite some time. We didn't report it but probably should have. We were leaving early that day but in the future it probably will disturb other guests that aren't checking out that early.

The Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room I had was in a quiet space. The first day was very hot, and the air conditioner was not working, but someone was there right away to "reset" it. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, as I was away for a few days for my birthday. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores, and the mall. I will come back very soon for my short get-aways.

The only problem I had was the room smelled very musty at first, maybe because the air was off, and the room may have been closed for some time before? I also had to swat a fly right off and a mosquito. But no further problems afterwards.

Staff was excellent. Check in, was easy and again, the staff were truly, and genuinely excellent! Breakfast was great, and thank you for the crumb cake, that was off the charts. Everything was good, fresh and the people were really amazing.

The king bed was too soft for one of the guests.

Room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast has many options but could include more gluten free ones. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The eggs at breakfast don't seem to be made from fresh whole eggs. Powdered eggs maybe?

We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Room wasn't carpeted which we liked as I felt it could be cleaned better than carpeting.

The bed could have had a few more pillows. There was a desk chair but no other chair, like to relax and read. The room, especially the bathroom needs updating, very tired appearing. The coffee in the morning isn't very good at the continental breakfast.
