The Staff was exceptional. Patrick was welcoming as we entered. Ant was such a nice server when we had breakfast. Letting us feel like family. Ethan the bartender that was a Jake of all trades. Getting everything done in cinch! Last but not least the host with the mustache and dark black glasses who when ever we entered or left made sure we felt welcomed 😌

We had to switch rooms three times due to lack of the thermostat working. Yet, they were trying there best to fix the problem. Truly appreciate it guys!

Our waiter we had at breakfast was very nice and accommodating. Beds were comfy and cozy.

One issue was we were there for Sunday night and were planning to eat dinner at the restaurant that Hours posted said 5 to 10 but the front desk told me that they were not open and it was only 6 o’clock so I considered that false advertisement. And then we were going to go to the bar area the man working who had cross eyes was not friendly at all he seemed super annoyed that we were coming in.

Beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean, also plenty of towels. We were there for a quick overnight, visiting family and the location was 10 min from everywhere we wanted to see. The hotel met most of the standards I expect from a Holiday Inn property.

Most Holiday Inn properties we have stayed at have had a complimentary breakfast buffet which just makes the start of the day quicker and easier.

front desk worker Patrick was very friendly and the staff at bistro 46 were very attentive and bartender mike was very helpful when what we ordered via DoorDash wasn’t available. room was nice and clean overall a great experience!

The location was perfect for our visit to the area. Easy highway access and quiet. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and professional.

The location of the rooms in the lower level with no windows for natural light. The only thing we could see was the hallway and people passing by without the black out curtains pulled in.

We loved the room and amenities, it was really home like with a pool amazing spot for family vacations. Secure and accessible with outdoor food and picnic spots. And the breakfast they served was delicious loved it!!

The staff was very nice. 5 minutes after we went to our room they called to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. The shower was amazing great water pressure ( felt like a hydro massage 😌 ). What a great way to start the day 😁. The only thing I missed was a self service coffee ☕ available in the lobby, I'm an early riser and don't want to wake up my family getting my coffee to take with me down to the lobby to watch the News, soi have to drive somewhere else. Highly recommend this location 🙂

the staff is phenomenal. i requested a change of room due to a noisy fan and it happened immediately. This is my 3d perfect stay.

though the location is perfect fir my needs, it is in the middle of nowhere for anyone there to “do-fun-stuff”.

We stayed there for three nights nobody cleaned the room and changed bed sheets and towels. very disappointed

Reception area very lovely. Check in friendly and efficient. We were upgraded. The room was spacious and very well lit. Loved the new flooring instead of carpeting. Bedding very nice.

We could hear other bathroom flushing. Toilet a bit low and the seat was rather small.
