No breakfast! Room size with King and Queen beds. Location close to Diner/Food and shopping and Historic Washingtons HQ and Contonment.
1. Back door broken-not secured. 2. Questionable people hanging around lot and on steps. 3. Room- very out-dated, floors "slimy feeling". No mini-frig or microwave 4. Bathroom very small and in need of repair and rehab. 5. A/C unit very loud and constantly cycling on and off making it hard to sleep. 6. 0700hrs Saturday morning there was a knock at the door by a "lady of questionable repute" and obviously still "very high". She was looking for the guy across the hall. 7. BUGS just a couple quick ones in the main room, but 15 black little flies on the bathroom tile Sunday morning. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PICTURES.

Front desk said water was off when I got there at 5, said he would call me. At 7, no call, went to font desk, clerk said water been on for awhile. Refrigerator was leaking clerk cleaned up mess, but still leaking, therefore no cold drinks for the next day

The first room offered had hair on the beds and in the bathroom. The room smelled of stale air. Beds in the other room offered as replacement were cleaner, but still the room was dusty and the bathroom had dirt in the corners. No breakfast provided, even though free breakfast was advertised at time of booking. The night was cold, and in the morning the balcony door had snow and ice frozen on the inside, in the room. Pillow cases and curtains had old stains.

It was a convient location and the beds weren't too bad.
The service desk was not occupied by any staff. We waited 15 mins before calling the hotel on our cell phones. When we finally got someone to help us, the front desk person made excuses and took his sweet time checking us in. The hotel smelled of cigarettes and mildew and our bathroom toilet, sink and bed sheets were all dirty. Im glad we brought our own cleaning supplies and sheets in the car.
