Very clean. Comfortable room.

Asked for an extra blanket, desk rep said it would be a little delayed. Never came. Didn’t like them holding $100 in case we smoked or had animals. In mid 60’s past the kid party stage. The continental breakfast sucked. Frozen Jimmy Deans, pancakes self service with an unplugged cooker, stale toast, egg muffins. Coffee in the food area was not made until later. Had to use the coffee in the main area. We went to a diner, not much to say about a free “breakfast”.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and lots of lighting options. I liked how some of the table lamps had plugs sockets. The option of a second TV in the kitchen area was also nice.

The AC/heat was way to loud when turned on. Every time it would turn automatically to heat or cool, it made a loud noise that wouldn't stop until it turns off by itself. It was annoying at night.

Beautiful and clean, breakfast was okay not a big fan of microwaved eggs and sandwich . Staff in kitchen was excellent and very accommodating. Morning staff at front desk pleasant…

Was not happy a sign was unavailable. We came in the evening when dark and couldn’t see. No staff at front desk I had to search for them and when I located her she was not happy. She had an attitude and I felt very uncomfortable…

I REALLY enjoyed the size of the room - incredible and HUGE! It was very clean. The staff were so kind and the room itself was quiet. A great location...only a few minutes from downtown Beacon, without the traffic or high prices!

It was a bit unfortunate the pool was so cold...my SO and I would have loved nothing more than to enjoy a warm experience, as we could not use it at all. This would have been extra nice, given there are no activities super close by...so being able to use the pool is a huge asset.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast items were absolutely delicious. The egg and cheese wrap was to die for. Delicious!

The vulgarity written on the bathroom mirror that you could not see till you took a shower. Looks like cleaning staff only cleaned what they could reach. I'm a shorter person but when I'm cleaning, I use every method to clean properly.

The front desk staff was wonderful and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, even the automated pancake maker! Room was spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable, and plenty of towels and washcloths. The pool looked beautiful as well.

Pool is too cold at 72F, needs to be at least 75/77 to be comfortable to swim in. I couldnt do it.

The staff at the counter was extremely kind , helpful and pleasant. I was particularly pleased with the help of a young lady named Brianna who helped us several times.Our room was also very quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The breakfast selections were very limited . Not enough fruit or egg choices.

I wasn't able to do my laundry I had to return home with dirty laundry' the hotel provided the washer and dryer! However weren't able to provide change I needed to wash! The manager said there was no change for a ten dollar bill.

Our room was large and clean. Very quiet. Location of hotel convenient for our needs. Staff was polite and helpful. All in all a great choice for our stay.

I would have like more options at breakfast. No eggs of any type offered, no fresh fruit other than oranges, only instant oatmeal. I also prefer pillows that are not so full and should have asked if there were any other types, but didn't. Small negatives that really are only points that would have made it more special for me.

Great location. Right off the highway and the I84 diner is right next door. Good good there Breakfast was good. Had an egg and cheese sandwich with the to go bag.

When I book it. I was looking forward to the indoor pool. Looks beautiful and clean and so inviting. Guess what it was closed. I requested they open it. They refuse. Closed for safety nonsense. Pool water disinfect clean all bacteria and germs. Comfort should at least had the courtsy to let us and booking.com. know that the pool is not available. I am sure everyone like me though the same and spend time in the pool. In there stay there. These hotels needs to update there aminites
