Red Roof Inn & Suites Newburgh - Stewart Airport

Amazing Staff-clean decorated lobby-giant parking lot-Diner on the street below the hotel-close to plenty of shopping and Airport. plus fridge and microwave in the room. 24/7 water-coffee-tea-juice etc…

not their fault but booking.com said the pool was open all year however it is only a seasonal pool. the breakfast was still in bags from the front desk due to Covid regulations but it was still a muffin a piece of fruit and a drink.

I’ve been to the Red Roof Inn , when it was the Days Inn and all is the same, clean efficient and the staff are cordial and courteous,however, I was disappointed with the no Breakfast morning , because in the past it was very nice and gave a decent selection of food items to get you going in the morning without having to leave the premises! The room was comfortable, clean and the shower worked great, plenty of hot water , the toilet tissue holder did not keep the paper roll on the holder so that was the only concern that needed corrected , but other than that , I was displaced from my residence because of heating issues where I live and although I have to cross over the Newburgh Beacon Bridge , I knew that the Red Roof Inn would be sufficient and clean and accommodating and at a reasonable price !!! Thank you RRI for your courteousness as always!

Glad had a nice room after a long, weary day of driving...worked well for us...not the cheapest value, but better than anything else nearby that night...staff was great...good to have cold water & coffee available.

Nice-enough place for the money, tho certainly wasn't cheap...still best value around @ the time.

Best in the immediate area where I-84 and NY Thruway intersect. Accommodated my request for a ground floor room because of my dog. Staff at check-in were very welcoming and attentive to my pup! Even explained best location for walking him. And there were bags outside for cleaning up after his business.

The beds were comfortable and the refrigerator was good size All amenities in the room were in good working order. We had three rooms reserved and all were close to each other which was very helpful.

We are not used to the pool being closed for the season, might be New York location. Due to Covid, no complimentary breakfast available, however we were told about the pool and breakfast when we checked in.

The management did put a policy during this time of putting towels, sheets and waste cans outside the door and housekeeping would pick it up. A new set of sheet and towels were available to oick up at the front desk. I was very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room and facility. The owner was welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Will stay again.

The hotel management have a policy in place due to increased covid cases of no hoidrkeeping available for those staying longer than one night.

Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Rooms are very small, but adequate. Rooms have a microwave and fridge, which is nice. Bed is comfortable.

It's time to bring back breakfast. Was disappointing that they are still using COVID as an excuse for not having breakfast. However, the treat bags were a nice option. Also over priced as are all the hotels in this area.

Except for its pool, the Inn is a basic two-floor hotel. But, it's environment (surrounded by trees and overlooking Lake Washington in a sleepy area) allows guests like me to simply rest. The staff also do above and beyond.

Nothing really. This was quite a great find.

The room was comfortable and the mattress was very good. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Breakfast was not included but the hotel provided ToGo bags which included cereal bars and a muffin.

We asked for a quiet room but got a room that was close to the highway and you could hear the traffic all night long.

the free shuttle to the airport & the comfortable beds. in addition I realized that I left my insulin in the refrigerator on Saturday & called & the young lady at the front desk called the housekeeper who happened to be off & she said she did find it & left it on the cart. The young lady went above & beyond to find it for me!
