Comfort Inn & Suites Plattsburgh - Morrisonville

The main attraction for me was the use of the gym at anytime during your stay. The equipment in the gym was pretty old, but there was a wide variety. Also, included with the stay was free breakfast and access to the arcade; shopping center was very close by. Definitely, a great option to just relax whenever you're in town.

Even though the rooms were big, the walls were pretty thin. We could literally hear everything that was going on outside the door. The rooms themselves could have definitely been cleaner. Probably, have the option of "grab and go" bags for breakfast, as it tends to get pretty full during peak times.

It's very family friendly. The rooms are big and wifi worked perfectly. The kid's park is great and even with missing staff the available ones were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with options for everyone.

Used diapers and shorts in the hallway in front of the pool for 2 days. The pool area could be bigger and cleaner. Our shower had a leak in the shower head but we were able to fix it.

Most of our trip we didn’t have to leave the hotel because they had a lot to do for my son inside the hotel. The arcade, water park and restaurant was a big plus! We had a great time, and the location was great and close to everything we needed.

The only part we didn’t like about the property was upon arrival we noticed our room was not cleaned well at all! It looked like our bathroom wasn’t even touched, I found lots of hair all over and soap scum in our tub. The microwave was dirty, and we found a huge piece of mold inside of our ac unit!! Staff was quick about coming to the room and cleaning everything up for us. But those are things that shouldn’t of been missed in the first place! If it wasn’t for all of the things offered inside the hotel we would of definitely gotten our money back and stayed some place else.

The room cost more than I wanted to pay, and I was irked that while the hotel provided a funeral discount (which friends received), I couldn’t get any such discount through booking.com - so next time I’ll be sure not to use booking.com. I’ll deal with the hotel directly. Also my friends had a room in which the coffee maker and something else didn’t work.

We loved all the facilites , the water park, the games room ...

We would've loved a little more TLC for the pools , also even if the room was a perfect size and very clean , the restroom needed the same attention like the water park, the shower was not working properly ... Overall we do recommend the hotel .

The breakfast was good. I liked the variety of options. We really enjoyed the Fun City. The staff was friendly. The proximity to all of the shops and restaurants was great.

The pool was more the small water park then pool

Rooms are comfortable, they have a nice pool for children, but unfortunately we didn't have the chance to use it and the breakfast was also good.

The room wasn't clean enough and needed some maintenance.

The room was nice and spacious. Overall the place was nice. Just a couple hiccups as in anywhere you stay

The hotel , the room, and the facilities were very clean. Everything was under the one roof good for family outings. The staff was very helpful. This is our second visit and it wont be the last

With my son being Autistic there was so much for him do. He especially loved the game room. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends, for a getaway. It was my second stay here in 2021. Also loved Perkins.
