Loved the decor, lighting, cleanliness of the whole hotel and rooms. Beds were comfy and spacious and different. Loved the vibe. Staff was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful, and even helped me get some last-minute, badly needed milk and cookies one night. Would stay again!

My one and ONLY complaint is that there was a lack of hot water in the morning when I showered. It was warm enough for a quick shower but did not get hot. My traveling companions showered the night before and had plenty of hot water, so maybe just busier in the morning.

We loved the room and all of the extras, from the lovely free toiletries to the communal espresso machine to the bicycles available for borrowing! Also really enjoyed the location and the Wednesday night live jazz in the lobby. Can't wait to come back.

The room we were given at first had a terrible view of a flat roof with mechanicals. I would have thought they'd put us in a better room given the availability. When I complained, they did promptly move us, so we were happy.

The hotel was charming, stylish, and had great amenities. Juniper was a great place to have a night cap before bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and The location was perfect - so close to the lake! And we loved the coffee and water station on our floor.

Initially I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool, but we had such a great time exploring Burlington and enjoying outdoor activities that it didn't matter.

The decor was gorgeous including the holiday decorations. The coffee bar on each floor was an excellent touch. The Juniper Restaurant was very nice including the decor, the staff and the food. The shower was hot, most of the time, and the water pressure was great. Loved the jigsaw puzzle set up in the lobby for guests to participate in and the complimentary snowshoes were a nice touch. Great location across the street from beautiful Lake Champlain and just blocks away from Church Street Marketplace and lots of food establishments.

I loved our stay! The room was super clean and stocked with Vermont products and books. I loved the robes and the full-size shampoo/conditioner/bath gel in the shower. The view of Lake Champlain was pretty. I wish we could have taken advantage of the outside bar, but the rain kept us inside. I liked that Jazz music was right in the lobby on Wednesday night. I also liked that they had cards with all the favorite local restaurants and favorite items to order. That was super helpful!

The lights that were controlled by the bolt at the door were a little confusing. There was a card that explained the lights, and the front desk mentioned the lights, but there was a lot of information all at once. Minor issue.

The person who handled check in was super nice and informative. Location was good. Walking distance to sites, Lake Champlain and UVM. We also liked the comfortable beds, water pressure in shower and the coffee bar in the hallway by elevator. Though, we did not take much advantage of it.

The shampoo, conditioner and body gel offered in shower was watered down. Didn't lather. Also, we had to pay extra to have breakfast at hotel as well as to park our car. We ended up, going to Church St. every morning to for bagels, to save money, for breakfast instead.

Gorgeous property and an amazing staff! As soon as the front desk found out we were eloping on our trip, they upgraded our room, sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room, and sent over complimentary champagne to our table at dinner. Everyone and everything f far exceeded anything I could have asked for! Hotel Vermont was an integral part in making our dream wedding possible!

The hotel is situated near the lake and Church St. The walking paths are clean allow you to stroll beside the lake enjoying a Maple e Creamy. Church Street, where there is a dedicated pedestrian area, is within walking distance. Once we parked our car, we did not need it again until we checked out. The shops are varied so there is so something for everyone. The hotel provides still and sparking water, ice, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea on each floor. It is a convenience station by the elevator. We loved this feature. No need to purchase bottled water. The room was large enough for our needs. We liked that the water closet and the shower were in the separate rooms. Juniper, the on-site bar and restaurant were open for business albeit there was abbreviated service, but nothing that interfered with the quality. The outside patio drew interest from nearby hotels. High-tops, Adirondack chairs, sofas, and chairs were plentiful and allowed for private or communal sitting. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Clean, pleasant and comfortable in a great location and very pleasant helpful staff. Great value

No masking in shared space and no clean-air measures apparent or announced. It would be great to know that shared air is filtered highly ventilated or the like if we need to share space with potentially contagious people

Had dinner and breakfast at Juniper - both meals were excellent. Loved the Red Hen bread! Wait staff was great. Also found our room to be clean, quiet and comfortable - with nice decor. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a huge issue, but when we entered the lobby to check in it was not really clear where to go - and the two staff members behind the desk were busy chatting with each other - so we spent a few minutes wondering if we were in the right place.
