Good location and new facility. Very comfortably situated. Plenty of “free” space in common areas. Breakfast was fresh and hot, and offered choices without being overwhelming.

The house has a curious relationship with what they call “stay over” housekeeping. Enough supplies such as towels and coffee are provided for exactly two people for one night. Supplies for a second night were requested at the front desk in the morning, but we did not find them in our room when we returned at the end of the afternoon. We asked for them again, and were assured they would be brought up while we were out for the evening. We found towels, and coffee but no cups. A third request resulted in a special delivery of exactly two cups and two creamer packets. Since there is no discount for additional nights, this seemed like the opposite of common hospitality.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was friendly. Good location. The hotel overall is nice and updated. Great for families. They are very accommodating.

Pillows and bed were not very comfortable. Pillows were so soft that it was like not having a pillow at all. The sofa bed was not made up, had to ask for a pillow and sheets for it. Noticed several little things in the room…a lot of dust behind the entry door, brown splatter spots on the bathroom ceiling and the sheer curtain on the window was shredded like a cat had gotten ahold of it. The little things are just the details that I think are important for cleanliness.

Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was nice and cold. The bathroom was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Grabbing breakfast was easy to grab and go.

We arrived pretty late and there weren't any parking spots near the front door. It wasn't till we had carried our bags to the back entrance, that we noticed we wouldn't b3 able to enter and check in front there. We ended up walking all the way around front to be able to check in. It was a bit cold for the walk.

We were welcomed with a warm greeting, not only by the fire that was burning next to a beautifully lit Christmas Tree, but also by staff. The room temperature was perfect!!!The water pressure in the shower was just right…Love the bathroom! All of the appliances work; mini fridge, microwave & blow dryer. I didn’t use the coffee maker.

I didn’t sleep well and I’m pretty sure the back pain I am experiencing is from the mattress. I could feel the springs in the mattress.

Location was very close to where I went for my daily classes.

The sink in the bathroom and it’s counter was exceptionally small. Was a challenge to wash face and rinse. Trash cans were smaller and filled easily. No daily housekeeping unless asked. At times parking lot was nearly all full and had to park on other side of building . One elevator was not working.

kindness of the staff. very clean structure. correct breakfast (free therefore surely no complain)

the added small bed. though I had received an email informing that the small added bad was not assured by the Hotel my reservation was for 4+1 and the confirmation was for 4+1 so the 5th person (a child) had to sleep somehow. the small bed was extremely old and very uncomfortable. pity

The fact that they allow large dogs, a gym, and had a huge complimentary breakfast! Our room was right next to where we parked, we could see our vehicle from our room! Everything was literally perfect! I know I sound a little extra but any place that allows our dog is amazing! It's so hard to find hotels this nice and convenient that allow German Shepherds! Oh and families with kids, it is right next to the SPARETIME(bowling alley)!! Where they have lazer tag, arcade games, a nice restaurant, adults may drink and walk around. Most likely I will be booking this place again in June!

Our family experience was perfect! We will be coming back!

Just off the highway, yet close to town and no discernible traffic noise in room. Good coffee house and restaurant steps away. Room was clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was very good with good variety of hot and cold options and comfortable seating area. Met our needs well.

Air conditioning was a little noisy and we turned it off.

Margie on the front desk was exceptional! When we checked in we learned that while I had booked 2 rooms with Booking.com only one room was reserved! Although the hotel was "fully booked" she was able to find a second room for my party for both nights.

The cost was a bit higher than I would have preferred.

easy to get to. clean. big. lots of space. a fridge. a microwave. free hot n cold breakfast. nice bed. free water at the desk upon checkin. easy check in. very nice manager’s. a pool and gym open til a lil after 10. had a couch In the room as well!

just the pillows! bring your own pillow if you need it. this was a little flat.
