Very clean modern property. We had a king suite which was spacious, comfortable and clean. We went to the brakfast buffet . Good food and assortment. reasonable price. Location is right off the highway with plenty of parking. Fresh cookies and bottled water at check in. Nice big swimming pool

The only thing I didn't like was the pool area is open to the main corridor. Everyone walking by would stare at people swimming like they were an aquarium exhibit. My suggestion is to cover up that glass with some plant or an art feature so people can't see in. No privacy.

There was ample parking and it was the perfect location for my event. The staff was friendly and helpful and I loved the cookies and water at check- in.

Wish it was located in downtown Burlington but shuttle available wish we took. Friendly driver very reliable safe driver brought us on time and picked us up when called

clean room, comfortable bed, soundproof room and quiet floor (top floor)- the atrium gave the hotel a really clean feel, it’s easy to walk downtown from the doubletree without having to deal with downtown traffic- really enjoyed the stay here, front desk was great!!

could be improved: the towels hadn’t been restocked in the room, garbage cans had no plastic liners, there was only one roll of toilet paper which was almost out, the room didn’t have a microwave, pool had too much chlorine, breakfast option at the hotel was $18 so we went elsewhere for breakfast

The facility is exceptional, there are pools, shops, dining services, and breakfast services, all in this one building. There are huge windows that let the outside lights shine indoors. There are apartment-like complexes that let people in rooms look out into the giant lobby. The breakfast services are fantastic. The servers are very polite and nice. The buffet consists of a variety of fruits, bacon, french toasts, waffles, scrambled eggs, etc. There is a gas station across the street for people who want to keep the dining expences cheap. It sells candies, sandwiches, salads, drinks, etc. I definitely didn't deserve all of this, and this is definitely not a 3-star hotel as Booking.com suggests.

When we found out we didn't have a bathtub in our room they were very accommodating in finding us a new room with a tub. We were probably very annoying but they never let us know it and were kind and pleasant the whole time. Also the warm delicious cookies they offered at check in/out were a nice touch. It was amusing to see other return guests asking for cookies first thing at check in who were in the know. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the bathroom looked like new. My favourite was the pool, it was a good size, the lights were dim and the temperature was perfect, very relaxing for a late night swim.

I didn't love the location but it is central to everything in Burlington. If you're driving it's very close to downtown and there are lots of restaurants close by. The price was a little high but considering everything it was worth it.

The courtyard was beautiful, the hotel itself was nice and clean. The dining room was spacious and the breakfast (Buffet) was very good but the blueberry muffin i choose was not fully baked.

I didn't like that the television had issues, like static , but I called the front desk on the first day and it was taken care of. On the second day, Monday, Vicky stated that she will call maintenance to look at the problem but they never arrived. At this point of day we checked out. The other thing my wife and I didn't like was the view from the window. It was facing the parking at the side of the hotel. We would have preferred a view of the courtyard during our anniversary celebratory visit.

Location is great . The staff was great and rooms are clean parking was awesome. Key cards and security was great

Room 305 The bed was sloped the wrong direction head was lower than feet . Shower drain is gross below the cover /grate The doors all slam when some one leaves or arrives you can hear all doors in hallways slam ( recomend soft closures )

The hotel is great. It has ample parking spaces, a great swimming pool and a good gym. It also has a restaurant. Staff are extremely nice and very professional. I forgot my laptop; they kept it for me until a member of my family was able to pick it up. Overall, a very good experience.

The lobby was great. Lots of light, plenty of comfortable seating.

We didn’t have any warm water. When we checked out and let them know that we all had to take cold showers, they ket us know that somebody had come in to repair the issue. That was it. We paid a pretty good amount for staying one night and didn’t get any compensation for having no warm water.
