We loved it! Very nice - it was not at all cookie cutter like you may expect from a big chain. Everything felt very unique and homey. It's in a great location, you can walk to lots of great sites and restaurants in Burlington from the hotel. Oh and it was our honeymoon so they gave us free champagne and snacks... did not expect it but a really nice touch!

Food was good but slightly expensive.

Room Quality was exceptional. Very clean, quiet, well set up. TV could be better, but we weren't really there for that. Free Maple Hard candies at the desk were delicious!

Lack of Valet, confusing entrance, paid parking. Nothing much really, Stay was a delight.

good location and facilities. A nice touch is the security aspect of using your room card for the elevator. Reassuring that not just anyone can wander the hotel.

the price.. the hotel is nice, but it is not the Ritz.

We were in room 603 and the pull out bed was terrible. It was like there wasn’t even a mattress, it was like sleeping on coils. We had to put couch cushions on top of it to make it somewhat comfortable. Someone needs to take a look at that and probably replace it or at least offer a mattress topper

Dinner takeout in room. It was good. The person who checked me in was awesome. I had to come up for my son's knee surgery and told him that he was on crutches and we would like a room on a lower floor and not too far down the corridor if possible. He gave us a room on a lower floor and it was right by the elevator. That made a huge difference when I had to take my son for his surgery and back to the hotel for recovery.

The bathroom vanity could be bigger.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff followed through on my special request for extra pillows and blankets. A late night stop at the bar was an unexpected delight…friendly, attentive bartender and a great perch appetizer! I don’t usually even try hotel restaurants but, because of that experience, I wished I had stayed another night so I could have tried dinner there.

With no cleaning during the week there were not enough towels in our room. Also not enough hooks in bathroom. There was no place to remove trash. Our toilet overflowed due to filler valve, when they came to mop they left all the wet towels and didn’t take the trash

Good security. Very clean room.

No free breakfast. Like outdoor pool instead of indoor and very unhappy have to pay for parking.

We booked the room for 3 people, at breakfast time they told us that they only had the right to breakfast for 2 people!!!!! Seriously ?????? The other person would just look ????? Also, the coffee needed a reservation ! ???? what ??? for real ????
