Shuttle service was great

The booking rate was 40 dollars more than the hotel rate if you call them directly

Hotel is located in convenient location and you can get to Flushing subway station by one bus around 10 min ride. decent breakfast. nice staff.

There is not much that the hotel owner can do about this! hotel is located close to airport so it is noisy! you won't have a comfy sleep if you are sensitive to noise. luckily there was no flight at night but you feel the pain early in the morning after 5 am. Hotel has a limited parking spot and is based on first come first serve. so consider this if you drive to NYC because booking.com says parking is available. you can park in the street for free though.

Didn’t like the situation we had to deal with on the middle of the night.

Ok so we didn’t actually get to stay here, because BOOKING.COM overbooked. That means we were able to reserve the room (after a long 8 hour flight, a cancelled flight and lots of drama getting rebooked for the next day). We were super tired. When we got to the Fairfield Inn, it wasn’t their fault that we didn’t have a room and we truly understood. We got our phones back out to reserve something else and call another Uber, but the Fairfield staff offered to find us another hotel, did so, and then drove us to it!! Above and beyond. So even though we didn’t stay there, this hotel deserves recognition for excellent customer service!!

First off I think the rate I paid was a fantastic deal for summer time in New York. We were able to have someone pick us up from the airport. I love that our shuttle driver called to confirm that he was on his way and where we should go to meet him. We got there early and we were able to drop off our luggage so we could go eat. The Q65 bus picks up right outside the hotel and will bring you into Chinatown where you can get something to eat or transfer to the 7 train to Manhattan. The transfer from bus to train is even free if you use your MetroCard or tap your card/phone to the scanner. The actual facility seems smaller compared to other Marriott/Fairfield properties I've been too but you most likely are not in NY to stay in the hotel all day. The room is also smaller but still big enough that it doesn't feel cramped if you have a lot of people. It feels like it was some other hotel before and Marriott took it over. The TV is a pretty good size and also has a subscription to Showtime with TV shows and movies included free with your stay. The beds were super comfortable. The area and atmosphere felt very safe and laid back. There's not much around the hotel other than the police academy. Breakfast was really good. I like that they allow you to grab something to eat and you can take it to your room or take it outside the hotel. You're not confined to only eating in the breakfast area. I really liked the egg and ham sandwich, the sausage biscuit was also really good. They also have a bar where you can add toppings for your oatmeal and cereal. The waffle maker also made delicious waffles. There's a juice machine where you have a selection of different juices to pick from and an area for hot water/tea and coffee. Overall I really enjoyed our time here. Very reasonable rate for what you get. It's close to the airport and they will pick you up and drop you off upon request.

The facility is a bit small, but that's not really a big deal because you probably didn't come to New York to be in the hotel all day. There's also not much to do or eat within walking distance. If you want to go to Manhattan it's not too far but it will take some time to get there. I also didn't like that there's no way to plug my computer into the TV. There is an option to login to Netflix but if you have another streaming service then you're out of luck. The seating area for breakfast is a bit small.

Everything is great! If you need a shuttle from the airport to the hotel you would have to let them then (give them a call ahead) when you arrive at the terminal. Every staff in the property is just so amazing and nice to us. I understand now why alot of reviews rave about the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and just worry free. The rooms are clean too! Can't find fault really. For the price we paid there isn't really anything to complain about. The rooms have microwaves, fridge, hair dryer which is saying something cause a lot of hotels charge more without such amenities. Rafael our driver is so kind too, it makes going to and from the airport such a breeze.

Great spot to go to the Mets. They let us check in early so we didn't have to do it after the game. Room was clean, big and convenient-Especially for NYC. Seems fairly safe around the area with the Police Academy across the street.

Some plane noise from LGA but not terrible.

Check in was fast, staff was friendly. Room was clean.

Breakfast could have been better, the shuttle was wonderful as far as dropping us off at the airport on time, but when It was time to drop me off at the train station, the driver left us on the corner in the rain to walk 3 blocks to get on the train. He said that area was too congested. If it wasn't raining it would have not been to bad. We weren't upset since they did offer to take us to the train station.

The facility was spotless there was no complaints about cleanliness at alloneliness at all the staff was friendly helpful helpful and respectful Complimentary breakfast was actually tasty and met the needs of various cultures ages and ethnicities Healthy choices and yummy choices

The only problem was the air conditioner it sounded like A747 trying to take off I mean cough I made them aware I also did not want it dealt with during our stay are stay but that they should fix it moving forward . It was just a compressor or something that was having an issue it didn't wake us up it didn't squeal it just rubbed up

The Hotel was very clean and maintained. It was lit everywhere. Rooms wer very cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean too. Had a lovely view outside the window. Had a Tv, microwave and work table. It was worth staying at the price. Well maintained

One of the pillows and sheet looked dirty . There were stains on the pillow next to the window bed. It felt unhygienic to sleep on that pillow.
