Location, clean,friendly staff, breakfast Buffett was well stocked and kept clean. I spilled my tea and the young lady working cheerfully cleaned it up with me. She told I didn’t need to help but I did. It was my mess.

I did not like the way the parking lot is set up. There are no transitions between the parking circle and the second row of the lot. The side walk is about 4-6 inches above the blacktop. This makes it necessary to lift luggage up. It should be handicap accessible. Yes there are handicap parking spots but we did not park there.

The breakfast was good, not great, like all those types of breakfasts. There was a good variety, decent quality, and the staff worked to keep everything stocked and were friendly. I was actually impressed with the bread - a higher quality than I was expecting. The kids were obsessed with the make-your-own-waffles station. Kids also loved the pool - comfortable temp.

From the moment we checked in, Caprice at the front desk was very helpful and extremely nice and accommodating. I was traveling with my son and she was very sweet to him. Dominick at night was very helpful when I was taking care of laundry at night. All other staff members we had contact with were very nice as well.

The hotel was well maintained, and close to restaurants. Felt it was in a safe neighborhood. I like that they have white bedspread on the beds! I always try to book a hotel with white, because you know they are clean.

Our room looked very clean, but food was left in the refrigerator.

Excellent breakfast. The breakfast staff did an outstanding job of keeping everything stocked and looking neat in spite of the dining room being full of multiple sports teams and families. The staff at reception was also very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.

It was a nice clean place. People were nice overall and good stay. Beds were comfy.

Couple feet of snow (obviously not their fault lol). On a serious note the pool was really cold but the kids got used to it.

Great location I come to visit sometime in Rome, Ny and I have stated there several times and I’ve always been able to get in every time I’ve tried and I love that they have breakfast and a pool

The price is a bit higher than I really would like to stay for one night

Hotel was conveniently located, updated, clean and staff was great.

For the price per night good free coffee, healthy snack, fruit would've been nice instead of having to get coffee across the street. Other hotels we've stayed at provided that service.

Staff was super friendly and ready to help whenever needed and whatever was needed. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice.

There could have been a ceiling lamp in the room.
